I'm a haircutaphobic. I dont know how to ask for the right thing and I always feel awkward and self concious. But from the moment I came in, I was at ease. Lovely, lovely atmosphere, really smily and friendly professionals and I felt really special. My cut was fabulous, exactly what I asked for. Lovely. I was a bit flustered at the end as i had zero cash on me and couldn't leave a tip via the card machine, but luckily my husband had notes on him. I've already booked in for my next cut.

My first visit to Toni & Guy after a 30 year gap!! Obviously!! I am a more mature client and was a bit bothered about the salon being full of younger clients. However!! I just had to visit Toni & Guy because of it's fabulous reputation and my hair was completely 'wrong' - bad colours and bad cuts. I am ecstatic with my cut and colour and Kayley is so lovely. First time I have ever been offered protection covers for my glasses (little covers that protect the arms getting covered in hair dye) - was lovely and thoughtful. Thank you.

It was my first visit and I was very pleased with the result and I have booked another appointment.

I didn’t like my outcome, it was the opposite to what I was hoping for.

The whole salon and the service I received was modern & professional. That incls the hairwash & head massage as well as Anoria’s cutting, drying & advice.

I really needed to be pampered and you guys nailed it thank you so much

I didn't realise Sarah was the manager .
I booked with Sarah yesterday .
I absolutely love her shes so polite genuine and helpful .
I was very pleased with my hair and I wont be using another hairdresser from now .
She deserves more praise .

Happy with my Cut/Colour/Style

Sinead was excellent at providing guidance about my hair. She knew instantly what I wanted. She impressed me by telling me how much training Toni and Guy invest in. It instilled me with confidence. The end result is the proof, my fist ever balayage is excellent.
I will be coming back to see Sinead.

Andria cut my hair today, she was easy to talk to so it was easy to tell her what I was looking, we discussed about the best sort of cut and style that would be best for me.

Think cut my hair too short. Or probably that’s what she thought was right but I really struggle with my hair considering it costed me £58. Hope it would be better next time

The hairdresser listened to my requirements and cut my hair well. I recommend and definitely go back.

This was my first visit to the salon and I was made to feel welcome by the front of house guy (sorry I didn’t get his name) and my appointment was with Dan who cut my hair. Dan was really friendly and professional. I didn’t feel rushed. Really like my cut and will return. Thanks again.

Amazing colourist ...not many hairdressers get blonde right but Anna knocked it out the park on my first visit! Finally got the colour I've been asking other hairdressers for for years. Pricey but worth every damn penny when you get exactly what you want...priceless!

She totally changed my hair completely, she did a great job, put volume and restored my hair, the colour was perfect, she is Very friendly and very professional too.

Sinead is the nicest person, she made me feel so welcome! Not only that but she takes time and cares for the work she completes. She kept me updated on everything she was doing. I was advised by a different stylist that the colour I wanted wasn’t possible, but Sinead made this possible, and I have never ever been so happy with my hair colour! She is honestly the best hairdresser I’ve had and I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else!! Wish I could upload a before and after picture because my hair now is unreal! Defiantly recommend her!!!! Great service from the minute I walked into the salon. Andria listened to what I wanted and offered her advice. Friendly and professional throughout. I would highly recommend.

The colourist was lovely however once she was finished I was left with uneven colour and have stains all over my forehead and hair line and messes up my colour the girl who blow dried my hair let me leave with hair that wasn’t even dry clearly ruined the whole experience

Lydia was amazing she know what cut would suit me and added a treatment to my hair that helped my psoriasis. The cut and finish was amazing and would definitely go back.

On May 8 I was lucky enough to have Andria cut and style my hair. I was visiting from Canada with awful hair that made me look homeless, as my own hairdresser had moved away. Andria transformed my look and I couldn’t be happier.

Anna is such a good hair dresser she did my colour so nice all the staff were so nice on my visit after being ill such a long time i was worried bout getting my colour done i am so happy with my colour.

Unsure of hairdresser's name did a nice cut. However felt that staff were tired/over worked and generally exhausted. Due to the above not a nice atmosphere !!

This was the best cut and blow I've had in a long time. The girl really knew what I was looking for. I don't remember her name but would recommend any day x
