Apart from my usual very good welcome, hospitality, the attention to detail was ideal.
My hair is looking lovely.
I received a text to say they had found my hearing aid, so I quickly returned to collect said item.

Didnt get the haircut i asked for. Stylist was obviously inexperienced and when i requested a different stylist i was refused. No-one else was available even though the salon was empty. Receptionist thought it was funny to comment on what a fantastic hairstyle i received even though it wasnt. Poor customer service, poor quality haircut.

Sid did the most fantastic job on my hair. It was a mixture of grey, various shades of colour and my natural base. She evened it out and put beautiful beachy highlights through. I just love it and can't stop smiling. Thanks Sid x

Kate was friendly and listened to what I asked for. I really only wanted a trim and that is exactly what she did. I was more than happy with the whole experience.

I visited the today, I would not call it a cut as I had to tell the stylist all the way through my cut what to do. I had chunks taken out and discovered how much of mess it really was when I got home. I had to request for scissors to be used to give me a tidy finish but the stylist just was focusing using a thinning razor making the finish more of a mess than a cut. I will not be using this place again. Waste of time and money 1 and half hour to do a simple cut and finish. I have to find a salon to fix my hair once it grows back to a certain level. Nice location but avoid if you need a hair cut. My family even thought that my cut was done by someone who was not experienced enough.

Just had a back massage by Millie. Prior to this my back was in pieces due to lifting weights. I feel amazing now. Thank you Millie ❤️

Kate knows what different hair types need, I have a dry scalp and I feel very self conscious. I’ve never know a hairdresser know how to deal with it, I walked out feeling like I had an amazing quality hair cut with a clean scalp

A wonderful massage. The room was very relaxing. The bed was so comfy. Was lovely and toastie throughout my massage. Great before and after care and explained what to expect. Very professional. Would definitely recommend and will return soon.

It was so lovely and relaxing and I nearly fell asleep multiple times!! The girl I had was so kind and helpful, will definitely go back at some point!!

Nice touches with the warmed towels etc.
Could consider personalizing part of the experience by gaining insight on the disclaimer form. Eg ask favourite scents or music type.
Overall, great experience.
Note I used a Groupon deal.

I had a complete restyle today by Kate. She took her time & worked hard on ensuring I was happy with the cut & able to manage it. I definitely looked better on leaving than arrival. She is a great asset to Wellness Zone.
