Thank you so much for making my daughter’s 9th birthday so special with a luxury pamper party! She was joined by 8 of her friends who were lucky enough to have hair, make up, nails and a facial all beautifully done by the lovely, friendly staff members. A fab soundtrack, nibbles and squash served in Prosecco glasses plus a goody bag (with £10 voucher!) made it even more amazing. Would definitely recommend!

All staff in the salon are super friendly & go out of their way to make clients comfortable. They take the time to get to know what people want & advise accordingly. I had Evie today for the first time and she was excellent considering she's still learning. She's a talented young lady and an asset to pure hair and spa. Always wonderful experience at the salon. I have very fine, thinning hair, but Mush knows exactly how to cut and style it to suit me. He really takes the time to ask questions about my hair and what I need, which makes a huge difference. Although Abi was lovely and did a great job with my highlights, I feel as though there was not great coordination and communication with who was washing my hair and when, and that i’d had partial and not half head highlights. I Felt a bit forgotten. Evie did my toner and dried my hair, did a great job, and is lovely too and wants to please. I was in there for over 3 hours - a long time I thought. This is just a constructive critique on the service but the people are lovely and passionate about their craft.

Really enjoyed my experience at Pure Hair and Spa. I don’t usually leave reviews but feel that I want to pass on the experience to others for them to enjoy. From beginning to end I was made to feel relaxed and pampered. I couldn’t have asked for more and have not received this experience elsewhere The neck and shoulder massage was amazing and the hot towel I absolutely loved. My hair when Abi had finished was so lovely I felt just amazing and was exactly what I wanted and so easy to style as requested myself. Will be back soon.

The size, decor and ambience of the salon ensured my autistic daughter had an anxiety-free experience. The professional conduct of our stylist Carron was reassuring, courteous and therefore approachable. Carron gave precise information regarding our hair type as well as the specific maintenance required alongside the most suitable products.
We also noticed great team work between the other stylists when a little assistance or supervision was required.
Returning customers were received and greeted by all staff which was lovely and warming to witness.
This salon is clearly well managed with the needs of customers just as profound as the outcomes achieved.

I was a little nervous as I was having quite a change with style and colour. Going from a semi permanent to foils of about 3/4 colours that was permanent.
Abi was very easy to chat with & made my visit enjoyable understanding my wishes and offering the free head & shoulder massage that was a bonus surprise. Love my cut, colour & blow dry and will definitely returning and recommending friends. An asset to the salon.

Angela was lovely to deal with in trying to sort an appointment She recommended a ‘make up and go ‘ for my sons wedding as I don’t usually wear make up and wanted a light natural make up . I spoke with Lydia before the appointment and she really put my mind at rest . She was lovely and listened . On the day she did a beautiful job , just what I wanted . I totally recommend Lydia. However I was not impressed with other staff members . A member of staff arrived half way through my make up and asked Lydia to move her car and she calmly told them she would be a short time and was then going . The second I left the chair I was asked to move my car by the same member of staff …. Which I did , re - entered and was immediately asked to pay , instead of the expected £25 I was charged the full £50 for a half hour appointment and in the confusion of that and my daughter being visibly upset after her wasted hair styling left without being given my coat or promised pots to refresh my make up before the wedding ( lips and fixing powder) I realised when I got home and had to drive back across Sutton to collect . A very rude receptionist eventually got my coat for me and told me I she couldn’t do anything about the fixing powder or lips stuff and I would have to return in the afternoon ( impossible as at wedding !) .
