The team are all so welcoming, I was very nervous as it’s my first spray tan. Abi was amazing. And my tan looks fabulous, just what I wanted. Will definitely be going back. Would recommend x

James had a bad start today..so I had a word with Karen, Ange then Jess massaged me and put my tint on.
James then came and highlighted the front of my hair. Abi washed it and recommended a treatment, as I'd just come back from Spain. James did me a bouncy blowdry. Pleased with my results.
The 3 bears were James, Jess and Abi.
All worked together really well!

The Pure team squeezed me in last minute as I forgot to book an appointment. They were so kind and accommodating on a busy weekend. The salon is welcoming and staff are friendly. Jane made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my treatment and I will definitely be returning again.

The shampooist had good conversation and provided a great service.

As always, a really lovely experience going to Pure Spa Salon. Had new therapist Jane (new to me that is) to do my nails. Really nice girl and my manicure was stress reducing and nails look lovely in a shellac bright pink. Will definitely be back to going to the Salon more frequently now that Covid restrictions easing. Today myself and my daughter had a hair cut. Helen was our stylist, she was amazingly friendly and professional. It has been a long time since I had a cut, her manner was calming and kind helping my anxiety. Whilst another female stylist I can’t recall the name wasn’t so friendly. As people we face many of life’s struggles and tragic paths, helen was kind and polite who greeted us so kindly and it meant a lot to us. Had interactions with all staff been as good we would have rated it higher. Sad to say it spoilt our long awaited appointment and experience.

Enjoyable experience. Carron is very pleasant and friendly. She coloured, cut and styled my hair extremely well and I’m very happy with the result.

Excellent from the time I entered until I left. I am 76 and have never had such a lovely pampered experience what with a neck and shoulder massage right through to my shampoo and cut and blow dry. I know I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you to all your attentive staff.

Really enjoyed my visit in this salon. Usually I'm really anxious to go to the new place, but I was so happy by choosing this place. I came with no idea what do I want or what kind of haircut would suit me, but I was advised by the stylist and in the end I was 100% happy. I'm really sorry that I can't remember the name of the stylist name, but I can tell that he was a real professional. Thank you again and see you soon.

Time flew by, my hair looked really nice. Very pleased with fringe. Carron didn’t take too much off. Had a major walk home but the lovely smell of the Aveda products used made me feel great and calm.

Helen was amazing! She had so much knowledge, and i would definitely recommend her. The salon was clean and everyone was very friendly. It was my first time here, and i was very happy with my haircut. The complimentary head, shoulders, and head massage were a bonus. It is a fabulous place, and I would definitely be coming back after 8 weeks.

Helen is always very professional and welcoming and on this occasion made me feel very pampered and well looked after. I would even go so far as to say spoilt. E.g. I was very hungry and she organised for a sandwich to be brought round from the sandwich shop for me! From walking in the door to walking out I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my visit. Helen took great care to discuss the choice of highlights and lowlights with me, to make sure I was happy and it didn't take as long as I expected for the colours to take. I had a lovely shoulder massage to start, 3 cups of Aveda tea which is so soothing, a back massage in the chair while I was having my hair washed and a really relaxing experience all round. I was delighted with my hair colour when it finished and felt a million dollars when I walked out. All of this was in preparation for my wedding in a few weeks. Thank you Helen and thank you to everyone at Pure!! I even got help with suggestions for tunes to play at the Wedding From the Team. What more can you ask for?
