My appointment today was for a roots colour and finish. No cut. My appointment was at 1 30. I thought I'd be finished within 2 hours easily. I'd arranged to pick up my granddaughter from school.
As it was, I was kept waiting with my colour on for an hour, while my stylist was with another client having an elaborate French plait type hairstyle discussed, done and undone several times. Finally, the client had her hair tongued to finish off the hair not plaited.
By the time the stylist got back to me I was trying to contact family members to collect my granddaughter from school, I would not otherwise have been on my phone while having my hair done.
I was not even given an apology for the delay.
There was no one else available to assist her.
In my opinion a client requiring such a long consultation should have been given an additional appointment and should not have affected the normal clients.

I have tried to call you a couple of times and have left a voicemail to say that I agree totally and that I have spoken to Abi and she agrees too that she needs to try to have the confidence to be honest with guests looking to have more done to their hair than they are booked in for and explain politely that there is a set time allotted and she can't go over that. I hope to see you in the salon soon and we can chat face to face.

I visited Mushin on the recommendation of a friend who raved about him. He really listened, and gave me advice on style and the shape I should go for. He was easy to chat to and made me feel very relaxed. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I left feeling truely pampered.

James was a very polite and well mannered young man who did my hair and I have to say that I am very happy with it and I’m so glad that I listen to him with his advice on having a fringe he did me a beautiful curtain bang and I loved the farrah fawcett flick and bouncy curls I was so impressed that they also managed to squeeze me in at such sort notice too especially with it being a popular busy salon I even enjoyed a free tall glass of red wine and a free neck massage that nearly sent me to sleep as it was so relaxing my new hair dresser’s in the future from now on thank you so much appreciated from Tina Louise

First time having a haircut here. I'm always a little apprehensive regarding the final length of my hair but Abi did a lovely job. She recommended different products and tools to try to help style my naturally wavy hair. I left the salon feeling happy and confident with the style.

Had my nails done by Lydia. A very friendly atmosphere. Lydia took great care and was very gentle with removing and prepping my nails for another shellac application. My nails are quite thin and sensitive. Lydia quickly put me at ease with her professionalism and expertise. I will definitely continue going here. I would like to also add that all staff are very welcoming and friendly. My new favourite salon. Highly recommend this place!

Everyone at Pure is always wonderfully warm and accommodating, the treatments are carefully crafted and I love the oils that are used, all the therapists are very skilled. I had a massage yesterday from Nari and I was so impressed as it's the best I've ever had. She has a talent for adjusting to the client's needs and matching the treatment with your energy. She went above and beyond for my mum and I by taking time to make us comfortable, then understand our needs and address them through her treatment. I'm really glad I've come across Nari and I am looking forward to my next treatment with her.
