I booked this appointment last minute having not used this Salon previously. Max cut my hair and the cut and style is fabulous!!! I'm really pleased. Max also treated me to a head massage before the wash which was lovely and relaxing. Max was great and a real professional at cutting and styling hair. I will definitely be back ??

After a positive consultation with the lovely Max deciding colour and cut I'm so pleased to say I'm delighted with the result, my first visit for colour so was a bit apprehensive but the whole experience has exceeded my expectations, thank you & I'll be back in five weeks.

Shear Success is a real find in Sutton Coldfield. The Aveda Stress Fix massage is excellent for making you feel totally blissed out and regenerated. Leanne is superb in her attention to detail and the techniques she uses to drain away the tension and knots. Thank you. I've already booked my next one.

Having had the same hairdresser for as long as I can remember, I took a chance and last Friday had my hair done at Shear Success. The staff were extremely friendly, the salon is very classy and if you have neck problems, the chairs at the wash basic lift your legs and are very comfortable. I was asked if I wanted a head and neck massage which was wonderful. I can honestly, I have had the best cut on my hair that I have ever had. Go on treat yourself! You won't regret it. Oh and also, I was given a voucher for money off next two visits. I will definitely be going back.

I love Sheer Success .... it's my first place to go. I didn't have my normal beautician as she was away but who I had was just as lovely.

Visited the salon today for a spray tan with Leanne. Must say I really can't recommend Sienna x 1hour tan enough. Leanne does a brilliant job and is so lovely and makes you feel very comfortable. I'll definitely be returning!

Came to the salon for the first time today. Both my girls had a hair cut and I had a spray tan. All staff were really friendly and accommodating. The girls enjoyed their pamper experience (especially the hot chocolate)

My Sienna X tan is developing nicely. Felt really comfortable and at ease. The colour seems to be a good match. I have 2 holidays coming up where I will be going back to have a tan and there is a loyalty scheme as well but 5 get 6th free.

The salon itself is really modern with lots of wood and bamboo effects. Plenary of product choice as well.

My treatment started with a glorious foot soak/scrub and moisturising and then Leanne left to me to disrobe and get myself comfy on the heated massage bed.

The massage itself was just bliss. During the massage Leanne confirmed that the pressure was not too rough, the stones not too hot, and checked my overall comfort etc. Felt throughly melty afterwards! :)

It may have been my first "Hot stone" massage, but it definitely will not be my last!

Best salon, best therapist ever... worth every penny to go to this quaint modern but cosy place where the employees are so friendly... there is no pressure and Poppy is just amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else...
I recently had a facial there too (again with Poppy). It's always a pleasure and pain free experience!

It was my first experience at the salon. I had a hot stone massage, which was a gift from my friend. It was with Lianne and it lasted an hour and 15 mins and she lifted all my stresses and it was a truly relaxing experience. She worked all over the body and it seemed to last for ages I could've stayed all day! She was amazing and I would highly recommend her! Will definitely book again!
