James was lovely, friendly and professional. He did exactly what I asked him to, I felt at ease, relaxed and generally super happy with the overall experience. it actually felt like a treat being in the salon. I will be going back to the salon!

Thank you for fitting in my last minute massage and blow dry. The staff were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. I had a bouncy blow dry and Abi's attention to detail resulted in a beautifully styled head of soft curls . Thank you to this truly professional salon.

My first experience at Pure Hair & Salon was amazing and this was all down to James, who is brilliant! Felt very comfortable as he advised me on what was best for my hair.. This was my second appointment at the salon, my first one was few months ago with Mushin and I was extremely satisfied that time too. This time I saw another member of staff and they were just as amazing. Both Helen and Mushin have done magic on my hair, when I leave the salon I'm just on cloud 9 every time, they know their stuff. I always feel so relaxed when I come to the salon. Carron listens carefully to my requests and after a number of appointments, I feel like my hit is how I have always wanted it to be.

I was more than happy with my hair yesterday. It was the best haircut I have ever had. James was wonderful, as were all the staff. Definitely no complaints. The staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Helen was lovely . However , my greys were bit covered sadly ! I was out in saturday and had so much on but it was in the night when doing my hair noticed the grey hair on my sides . Not happy . I have taken pics to prove it and hope you will sort it out but I am away on holiday for a week .

Helen is a very good stylist but she forgot the barrier cream so the colour was on my face and had to be scrubbed of after. I did not have a cut with my colour and highlights yet she tried to charge me for a shampoo and cut. My husband had com in to buy me a 2 x 15 min spa treatments for my birthday. She only charged him for one so I had to pay the additional amount myself for my birthday on my bill. Very disappointed in my service today, however the colour was very good.

The pick and mix treatments are such wonderful value that I was able to have a back exfoliation and masque along with a much needed back and shoulder massage. The treatment itself was heavenly and Paula really worked wonders on my "crunchy" shoulders. I feel loads better and I'm really grateful. Thank you, Paula, you are lovely.
