Brilliant couple of hours spent in blissful peace and relaxation! My hair felt beautiful after and I loved how my hair was styled ❤️. Place itself is beautiful and the attention to detail was spot on with friendly and smiling staff all around.

I cannot fault this salon at all!!! The best experience. From the complimentary massage, the drinks (herbal teas and wine), to the fun and lovely staff. Carron is the absolute best! The curls she has given me are incredible! I love it. She is also the nicest hairdresser and we had such a good time. I will never go to another hairdresser again. Totally recommend..

Carron listens so carefully to what I’m thinking and then discusses what we can do to achieve it. I have curly hair which she cuts from dry. She remembers things discussed in previous appointments as with curly hair, my texture and curls vary from the front to the back. She takes time to explain things and gives advice.
It is a lovely experience and I always really look forward to visiting for my appointment. I’ve left this time feeling like a new person and I love my new cut and colour.

Booked in for shellac removal and re polish today on my fingernails with Amanda. It was a delightful experience as it always is at Pure Spa and I do so enjoy being pampered and having lovely chats with Amanda. She always does a really professional job and doesn’t rush you. Very relaxing and can’t wait to do it all again in couple of week’s time! Thank you Amanda and thank you Pure Spa.

Only my second time at Pure for a curly cut and it’s a lovely spa like experience. James is lovely, he listens to me and he’s confident doing curly hair, I’d definitely recommend a visit

Had a great 2nd shellac manicure from Lydia. Finish was absolutely flawless & I was so pleased with the colour I upgraded to the express pedicure and got to relax upstairs in the spa with a cappuccino. Happy days!

I would prefer if I am asked if I want any products on my hair.. Products increase my cost

Letting my hair grow & just needed a trim & blow-dry. Lovely cut into a short bob style & my colour still ok. A fabulous salon with great staff - highly recommend!!

Absolute amazing pregnancy massage my first ever one I’ve struggled with pelvic pain for a few days now 25 weeks pregnant and Lydia has just made me feel so much better !
My deluxe manicure was also lovely all the products smell amazing too can’t wait to re book in again and have to squeeze another massage or 2 before baby is due !!

Enjoyed a wonderful 60 minute Stress Fix massage, left on a blissful cloud of relaxing lavender essences and feel like the world has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Paula.

Complete rip off!. I paid £70 to have my hair cut and diffused, my daughter had her 3c hair cut and twisted into big sections for £95, the twists were supposed to be taken out and hair to be styled but that never happened and she was asked to leave with wet hair and unfinished job. I had to come home, dry her hair, take the twists out and style it myself. Over the phone when I made the booking was told it would be £103.50 for both of us, however I paid £165 for an unfinished job. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Was made to feel at ease straight away given clear instructions of what to do. The atmosphere was very tranquil and relaxed and I know that the treatment has made a very clear difference to my back. Amanda was professional and friendly great service all around thank you.

James listened to my asks, made fab recommendations and over the moon with colours and cut/style!! Mush always goes the extra mile, the attention to detail on every visit is impeccable. I visit once a week and have always received the best treatment. Coffee or tea on arrival beautifully served. Head & neck massage with Aveda Oils. Head massage during treatment on the massage chair! Everytime i visit its a real treat! Never had a service like it and im a world traveler.

Always go here to get my hair done. Great every time
