I’ve been coming to The Hair Room since it opened. Everyone is so friendly, and all of the stylists are fantastic. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a welcoming. relaxing visit with amazing hair guaranteed. I can not recommend this place enough, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.
I discovered the hair room by accident a few years ago after having very poor experiences with numerous high end salons in Sutton.Now I would never go anywhere else.John is amazing and has always listened to what I want without any drama.He never rushes and always cuts my problem hair perfectly.All of his team are lovely,my hair is in the best condition it has ever been in and I no longer dread going to the hairdressers.I can't recommend highly enough.

My daughter Lola is 5 years old and had her first big girl hair cut. She is really happy with her short bob and loved been pampered. We will be back when she needs it cutting again and the lady who cut it was so lovely cutting my daughter's hair even with the fidgiting.

I have always dreaded going to salons in the past as I’ve always felt somewhat intimidated, never daring to expect anything less than feeling frustrated and disappointed at the end result but how different was my experience at The Hair Room. The place is an absolute tardis! far larger than it looks from outside, it’s warm welcoming and comfortable. The staff are super friendly, attentive and actually listen to what you want. For the first time ever I left with a smile, happy with the results and not wanting to run home and cry in a darkened room especially after paying an extortionate amount of money, (the prices are more than reasonable by the way). This is the only salon I’ll be visiting from now on.

It’s so hard to find a good salon ... have had great experience here and found my place , all the staff are friendly make you feel welcome , nice atmosphere and very reasonably priced, Also have the added bonus of a lovely beautician offer all treatments
I made an error and mixed arriving 3 hours late for my appointment. John rescheduled his clients to accommodate me , keeping the salon open an extra hour for me .

Julie understood straight away how I wanted my hair blow dried , she styled it perfectly and it lasted all through my night out !
Katie worked her usual magic, blending three colours to give me a gorgeous, deep plum look for the autumn. And the head massage whilst I was having my hair washed was wonderfully relaxing. I’m incredibly pleased with my new shorter cut and colour.
I needed a new hairdresser due to mine being ill, I booked here and Kelly did it and it’s really nice she did exactly what I wanted. The only negative is it took a lot longer than my usual hairdresser but I can live with that and also the parking on a Saturday morning is not good

First visit to the salon , I usually go regularly to another salon in Sutton but this hairdressers is nearer so thought I would give it a try. Staff very professional and friendly. Extremely pleased with my hair cut. It’s the best cut / style I’ve had for several years
