Amazing cut and bouncy blow dry! blow dry lasted 4 days and still kept its curl! Good quality and amazing member of staff 10/10

The Hair Room managed to fit me in last minute for a balayage colour treatment just before Christmas. Katie was lovely, friendly and very helpful with her advice about the process. The end result looked great and I'm very pleased with the colour. I would definitely recommend The Hair Room

I always have Katie to do my hair, she is excellent. The colour is always perfect. She kn is very professional. You are always made welcome. John and Julie make you feel like one of the family. The salon is a lovely environment to relax.
Katie did an amazing job on my hair today. The consultation was really thorough and she really listened to all my ideas and needs and thought hard about how to achieve what I wanted. I absolutely love my new colour which is bold (for me!) but still looks really natural. Really good value for money, too, given how much hair I have. The Hair Room is a friendly and reasonably priced salon where I've been a customer for six years. I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent once again had a complete new hair cut by Julie very pleased with the cut and blow dry alway enjoy going to the Hair room it has a lovely welcoming and friendly atmosphere and a lovely cup of tea, already booked for next time.

A good experience. My hair remains in shape and in beautiful condition after my colour, treatment and cut. I look forward to visiting the salon in 7 weeks time. It's like a social event, magazines coffee and plenty of chat.(they do recognise if you want to be quiet though!
Just had my roots, highlights and a cut done . As always a very good experience. Friendly, experienced and helpful stylists who listen to what you want and make suggestions and give good advice. Love going there and walk out feeling great
Even though I now have to travel back to Sutton Coldfield I would not change my hairdresser! Julie goes above and beyond to take care of my hair - always knows exactly what is needed, especially after my hair was 'stressed' following a long few months on medication. I cannot fault the care and personal attention I receive from all the staff. I feel ten years younger after my visit yesterday. So, despite the travelling, I will continue to keep The Hair Room as the best Hairdresser I have. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I've been coming to the Hair Room Salon, now for 9, years. Never had a hair do that I wasn't pleased with. The staff are all lovely and welcoming. Even the Saturday girls can't do enough for you. The boss's Jon & Julie very professional. But also approachable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
The Hair Roon always makes you feel welcome, there is a good professional atmosphere and the staff all get on very well, with plenty of friendly banter. There is always a discussion about how to do my hair but. feel confident enough to let John do it how he feels is best, I've never been disappointed. I always feel relaxed When I leave , The beauty room is always a high light of my visit and Paula is patient and an expert in all treatments.
