Just been to have my colour and cut for the first time since lockdown. I was dreading it, a step into the unknown, masks, shields, sanitiser , no magazines. I should have known better, Adri and her team were fantastic as usual. They made me feel very welcome and were very inclusive. I took my book but I didn’t need it, I felt I could join in conversation whenever I wanted to ( even when everyone had a mask on or a shield) . It felt very safe and very clean and everyone was social distancing. Thank you Bamboo and well done to you all for making it feel not much different to before lockdown for me today. I can see how hard you are all working to make this happen and wanted you to know how much I appreciate it and hope all your customer appreciate the extra work involved.

Recently opened after Covid lockdown and my experience was as good as ever. Quieter due to less customers in the salon (which I didn’t mind) and I was delighted with my cut & colour as always. PPE in place, salon spotless as always and I was asked to wear a mask. No issues in the slightest.

Between Kerrie & Adri their total professionalism and care just makes me feel so up lifted and amazing. Thank you both and fab to see the whole team x

I came in yesterday for the first time and had adriana cut my hair. All the staff were very professional and took time out to discuss my cut and future colour. All my family and friends have commented how fab I look, so pleased with my hair, looking forward to my next appointment, as the whole experience was the best I've ever had.

The first haircut after lockdown will always be a little nerve wracking but I felt in very safe hands from the minute I walked in. A lovely bit of semi-normality and so good to finally have hair I can show in public! Thanks team Bamboo!

The Adri and the team have gone all out to make this a pleasant safe experience. The salon is spotless, the team are visibly aware of the measures required to keep both staff and customers safe and comfortable so they can provide us with the haircuts and the boost we so need during this period. They remain as friendly as ever and put you at easy all through your time in the salon. Working with the PPE and new measures is not easy but they still managed to delivery their 1st class customer service with a smile.

As always I feel pampered, looked after, styled to perfection and in these current times safe. The salon and staff worked hard to keep the salon look like I was the only person in their- nothing new. It is always spotless. My hair as always is fabulous and I felt listened to and professionally consulted to what was best for my hair. Thankyou Laura.

I’d left my hair to grow into an uncontrolled mess during lockdown. I came to Bamboo after my mother’s recommendation and I was not disappointed. Stephen did exactly what I wanted and gave my a fantastic versatile haircut that I love! And so does my girlfriend so big points were scored there too after looking homeless since Lockdown!

I was a bit nervous about visiting the hairdressers for the first time since February but I didn't need to be, it felt very safe and professional. Laura cut my hair beautifully and it's so good to have colour without greys! - thank you x
