Laura is amazing with us......especially my 6 yr old daughter. She listens to what she wants and cuts it exactly how she likes it. She never complains when she chats her ear off throughout her haircut either!lol

Thursday late night cut and colour which I find extremely convenient as I can go straight from work. Once again very happy with the result. Stephen always listens, gives advice and does what I ask. Friendly staff, lovely salon, a couple of cappuccino’s and a read of my book - so nice to be pampered. Highly recommended.

I've been seeing Laura at Bamboo every eight weeks for a cut and colour for about two years now, and I'm so happy I decided to try the salon out that first time!

The atmosphere is wonderful - very calm, relaxing, and everyone is incredibly kind and friendly from the hairdressers to the other customers. It's always very clean, well lit, and stocked with wonderful professional products. While we're on that subject, I've never felt pressured to purchase anything but Laura and other members of the team always have great recommendations when I ask. They also have a loyalty programme and I like being able to earn points when I buy my shampoo, conditioner, and styling products.

Something that really makes Bamboo stand out to me is that the people who work there really care whether you walk out with a result that flatters you, and they want you to be genuinely happy with your hair. I know this from my own experiences with cuts and colours and with what I've seen in interactions between other stylists and clients. They'll adjust a cut to flatter your face shape and hair type, work out a colouring plan to keep your hair in beautiful condition.

Another thing that keeps striking me at each visit is that team members are forever sharing styling tips and other little tricks so we can keep our hair looking lovely between visits. I've learned so much since I started coming to Bamboo!

The prices are entirely reasonable and they have lots of special deals too.

In essence, it's a fantastic place staffed by wonderful people and you'll leave looking and feeling gorgeous. I bet you'll want to go back as well.

Kerry was fantastic, very attentive to my needs & reassured me when i entered the salon nervous due to a bad previous experience elsewhere. Chatted to me all the way through to keep me updated on my hair & make sure i was happy with it as well as just general conversation. Everyone in the salon was friendly & helpful, i left very very happy today & will definitely be returning!

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Kerry and the person who washed my hair (sorry don’t recall her name) both very professional and keen to understand what I wanted. Too early really to say about the result of the cut but happy with the initial look
