I came in with quite messy and dry hair and Charlene had great advice for what to try differently now that what I used to do doesn’t work as well on my hair anymore.
She not only transformed my hair but she suggested a cut style that I’m quite enjoying and aftercare suggestions for when I’m travelling.

Lukasz has listen to what I want & how difficult my hair can be. I have a short haircut so it is imperative that it is cut sharp & correctly otherwise it can look shabby when it grows. Lucasz has achieved this for me. Thank you Lucasz and thank you for being patient with me.

It’s been a long time since I had an appointment at Wolverhampton, but I was so glad I did. Charlene was super friendly, welcoming, and really kind. She really put me at ease. I left feeling totally pampered and was l looking forward to my next appointment before I even walked out the door. My daughter had an appointment the following day and loved her experience too!

I always feel at home when I am at Francesco Wolverhampton. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, always happy to offer helpful advice too.
As a mixed race woman with challenging mixed wavy/curly hair, it's always a struggle to find a hair stylist that understands what my hair needs and how to treat it. Charlene has been incredible at helping me to repair my damaged hair over the years, and helping me to understand how to better care for it too.
I've been coming to this salon for almost 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I got highlights in my curly hair I love the colour and they have made my hair look even better with more dimension the condition of my hair is so soft and shiny! Charlene also advises me about what products to use and my hairs condition has improved dramatically.
