Been a customer for many years, love the new salon. Very welcoming team. Lisa V is always very chatty, funny, helpful and honest, never rushes me when I want a little "tweek" lovely person. Lovely to walk into a salon and be acknowledged by the lovely friendly team. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If Lisa ( on a very rare occasion has not been able to do my hair Mel or Lucy have been able to complete to the same standard and thats pretty amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Chloe is an absolute genius. I explained to her what I wanted and she DELIVERED! Best 8 hours I’ve ever spent in the salon. Kudos and massive respect to her for being so patient ❤️❤️ amazing skills, Chloe!

I have been going to this salon for nearly 30 years & have always been treated with respect. My stylist listens to what I want & then delivers. I always get compliments about my hair, what more can I ask for. Even when running late, I am accommodated. Amazing. Thank you.

Love seeing Lisa, she takes time to listen to my hair concerns, my likes/dislikes and allows me to make informed decisions! I was also in a rush and Lisa was so amazing she made sure I got out in time for football/volleyball training thank you!! Wouldn’t have my hair done anywhere else!!

Spent years and thousands leaving the hairdressers feeling deflated, that was until I met Sophia. She is a colour wizard, I am always so pleased with my hair, somehow I'm blonder but the condition of my hair has never been better. The salon is beautiful, the staff are all lovely.

I have been a client at LM for many years, and this is one of those rare salons where you can be confident that in the unlikely event of having another stylist, you receive the same high quality care. Through the years, I’ve been styled by Tash, Mel, Phoebe or Lisa V and they are excellent!! No qualms at all. All the staff are friendly and a great team. Lisa V is now my stylist and she makes every visit relaxed, treat with a perfect result. Fantastic team all round .

Love getting my hair done by Soph. I've never walked out the salon less than 100% happy. Cut always great, colour service always spot on and blow dry and finish fab.

Nice surprise to see Mel back and she cut my hair short…..loving it. Love the new place and everyone is always lovely and helpful.

As I expected I had agreat time. Hair colouring, styling, hot chocolate all fantastic. I knew I was safe in Lisa's hands and Megan's work with toner etc was very good.

Wow what a new Salon!! Have been coming to Rapunzel for a few years. Friendly service from Anfield at reception to all the girls in the salon / they even offered my five year old a drink! Love all the ladies! The colour was brilliant and Lisa actually curled my hair!!! Thank you!!!
