Mel is a fantastic stylist and I am always more than happy with my cuts with her. As a fellow Wolves fan it’s also great to be able to talk sport with her all whilst enjoying my haircut!

The lady cut my 7yr old daughter's hair (25th Oct 5pm) the lady was exceptionally friendly and was very knowledgeable she made suggestions and they were spot on thank you for a brilliant service

Enjoyed my trip to the salon as always. Excellent service from all the staff. I'm not sure of the lovely junior colleagues' name, but she was very welcoming in offering me drinks, taking my coat etc and washed my colour off perfectly getting it all off my skin too as I have a darker colour that would stain. Courtney was brilliant as always, she did a consultation as I wanted to change my colour up; she advised me on what would work best and the same with some hair cut ideas I had. Really appreciate her honesty in what will and won't work. The cut is exactly what I wanted some longer layers and some face framing to make it less flat while I'm growing it. My hair looks so shiny and healthy, I love the way it was styled too.

First time I’ve ever been to the Lisa Milner Salon and the ladies were absolutely lovely and I cannot fault the service! From the consultation, to the cup of tea, to the styling, I was completely satisfied with the service and so happy with my hair! Would defo recommend Lisa Milner and team!

The girl who washed my hair was amazing and so easy to talk to, very friendly and smiley. Courtney is lovely too and did an amazing job with my hair. I will continue to go there.

I do think it might be an idea to review your timings. Today I was booked in with the delightful Phoebe and when I booked on with Angie she said yes she could do it as long as I did require any extras fair enough. At least two hours on from that and now Phoebe has not only attended to another customer but is now working on her husband whilst I am left waiting?. I polity mention to Phoebe is she going to be much longer as I have to get back for my parking as I have paid for two hours thinking that that would be enough. Is it fair for clients that come in first to have to wait for others who have jumped or been booked in.? Is it fair to them put the stylist under that kind of additional pressure esspecially when they are not 100% themselves. I can understand one being booked in while colour is taking etc but two ? And that is my point. Poor Phoebe was put on the spot which was aqward for her as she did not book the couple in abd did not know who did. But surely this needs to be addressed as to what is feesible and what is not? Pershaps it would be realistic to tell clients how long they are going to be? Would be helpful as well as the traffic wardens around Wolves are like Rottiwellers

Simply perfect, Phoebe is amazing at what she does. I trust her fully and I appreciate i am probably a difficult customer being very “particular” about what and how I like it. I am always very pleased with the results. Sometimes I am not sure myself if what I want to achieve is possible - but Phoebe achieves miracles every time!

Courtney is lovely, and has coloured and cut my hair, she gave some suggestions and asked my opinion through the whole process. She went through everything beforehand and during, I have rebooked as she is amazing. The salon also has nice, friendly atmosphere 5 stars

I have been going to this salon for a number of years and have never had a bad experience .They have always been accommodating with my appointments squeezing me in at short notice . From the moment I walk in I am made to feel welcome , despite me going all these years I am sat down and asked and consulted about what I want at that visit. Throughout the visit they constantly check in with me that I am ok. It is a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere and they show a genuine attention to their customers . Like anyone I know what I want or at least have a general idea , I am happy to listen and take their advice and to date I have never been disappointed. Can’t fault them, such a lovely team from the Saturday girl right through to the owner .
