First time back today for 5 months and it was "Oh So Lovely " I was greeted by two if the staff with joy, smiley faces. May I say the SalonS refurb is beautiful and finally thanks to Francesca for the new artwork on my new colour nails

Had my nails done today Fi and the girls have endured they are following the COVID Guidelines at all times using all PPE and keeping safe distance at all time also love my nails thank you do much

Always a good atmosphere at Olivia's, staff are welcoming and are a lovely team. Highly recommend, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Olivia's is such a relaxing place to visit to treat yourself to a pamper.
The girls are chatty and have a sense of humour, not like other places iv visited.
Alysia is wonderful, she's completed my nail extensions 3 times now, she's very experienced and knowledgeable.
As per COVID, all precautions are in place

Had the best massage, had some vouchers bought for a birthday present and booked in for a full body massage. Absolutely lovely, a great treatment and Becky was brilliant. Highly recommended!

Love coming here for pampering. Had my nails done by Rebecca the other night and they are gorgeous. Recently, had treatments from several of the staff and great every time. Nothing is too much trouble!

Lovely sparky nails as always and my LVL lashes are amazing I am really pleased with them. Bec explained the process throughout the LVL treatment and was very caring.

I tried LVL lashes and henna brow tint instead of my usual lash and brow tints. Two weeks later I am still happy with the lash lift and the tint is still just about there so I'll have this done again. The henna brow effect was great at first and I liked the powdered brow look from the skin tint, but this only lasted 2-3 days and 2 weeks later the hair tint has faded a lot so I will probably stick to my normal brow tint in future. Glad I tried it though.

I really enjoyed my treatments, Kelly is lovely and nice to chat to while I had my eyes shut for an hour, and talked me through what she was doing. Treatment room is comfortable.

I didn't receive any aftercare advice though, which would have been helpful, I was advised by a friend (and google) to avoid getting my lashes wet or steamy for 48 hours which I think has helped keep the curl.
