Kat was fab right from the start, she really listened to my concerns about my hair and what I was looking for. The whole way through she kept checking that I was happy with what she was doing and the end result is exactly what I was hoping for. I'm thrilled with my new do and will definitely be back!!

Fanrastic heat treatment, head massage & the perfect cut. Jemma did a fab cut on me & everyone complimented me. Normally with my curly hair, hairdressers normally say we can do that with your hair etc but with Jemma she achieved exactly what I wanted. I will def be going back for my next cut & blow dry with her.

The staff at Tony and Guy are very well coming and the customer service is on point. Extremely happy with my hair colour and cut I'll definitely be back.

Always get what I ask for (Always seemed to find scissor happy hairdressers that would do their own thing before) and am always happy when I leave the salon. Great atmosphere and service, am a very satisfied customer.

My stylist did a fab job,but couldn't remember her name,feel really bad because I had just come from work and had no cash on me only credit card and couldn't leave her a tip,but i'am sure to return and will give extra next time x

Stacy is lovely and provides a great service: I had a balayage, root colour and cut today and she produced exactly what I wanted. She clearly possesses a high level of expertise in colouring and the cut and finish were fantastic too. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service every time, always makes you feel welcome, it doesn't matter what mood your in those girls are always pleasant, caring and they take time out to.LISTEN, and to top it all they make you LOOK BEAUTIFUL EXTERNALLY and FEEL BEAUTIFUL.INTERNALLY. Needed to freshen up my hairstyle as it looked weary. Kat consulted me on what I wanted and she made some useful suggestions too. A quick turnaround on the wash, cut and blow dry. One of my favourites is the head massage which felt pampering. There was attention to the finishing touches especially getting my fringe perfect. I was happy with the cut. My hair looked and felt great. I left feeling all freshened up. Overall a great service.

I was greeted lovely by the staff at Tony and Guy. I was nervous coming in as I haven't had my hair in a while however Jemma made it easy for me. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it as I had it done for a wedding and I can't stop looking at my hair now!!

I haven't been with this salon for years. I really enjoyed the whole experience from getting my hair coloured and then having it cut. Both Becky S and Laura Cogle were very professional and friendly.

Been coming to Jemma for a few years now, never lets me down, always exactly the cut I ask for, finishes my hair curly how I love it, very knowledgable about products, love coming here!

I got home after my cut and colour and ran my fingers through the back of my scalp and felt a wet patch that hadn't been dried. Then I scratched my hair to find clumps of colour in my nails.

I have to say I wasn't impressed with the way ***** cut my hair and for not washing the colour out properly.

Laura C was wonderful as always she's an absolute star, always freindly and I've never had an issue with my hair.

Always nice to see Kat she knows I'm picky with my hair but it doesn't bother her. She goes with it and always does a great job. Kat is really friendly and so are the other staff. It's a lovely place they make you comfortable and relaxed.

Walk out of the shop unhappy & looked like I just woke up . My hair looked a mess the trainee staff kept on trying to make it look nice but made it worse. Won't ever go there again.

Really pleased with cut and colour. Gemma does a great job. Salon seems to be getting back on track new manager seems very positive and has a good presence ,but interior could do with a lift as looking a bit tired.
