Went for a complete colour change and I love it! Becky was reassuring and explained the whole process. Within an hour of leaving the salon someone stopped me in town and asked where I got my hair done!

Becky highlighted and cut my hair and I am over the moon it. As always, my experience was excellent from start to finish! I had an amazing treatment, which was so relaxing and my hair feels so soft and silky. Becky is a true master and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It was the first time I met Tina. I thought she was new to the salon. She explained she works at the Walsall branch and Wton when short staffed.
She had a very kind and caring approach. I went in for a wash and blow dry and Tina explained each step of the process. She also talked through the products that she used in my hair. I was extremely satisfied with my finished style.

All I can say is, Laura has been doing my hair for almost 11 years … She never ceases to disappoint with either my own ideas / changes or putting it in her hands … I trust her implicitly with my hair & always leave with a spring in my step and feeling amazing but not as much as NYE where I decided to shave some of my hair off … Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I visited the salon yesterday. Becky coloured my hair which was lovely as always, I received excellent customer service and was made to feel very special with hot chocolate with cream and a mince pie as well as a Baileys coffee and glass of wine all made it a very festive experience. Thank you so much it was just what I needed.

Laura E has been colouring my hair for the last 5 years. She is very knowledgeable and I always feel safe in her hands. I have made her work hard over the years with my change in colour preferences and styles and she has always delivered exactly what I asked for. She is very good at what she does.

People say that I have very exacting standards (and why not?) but in all the years I have been visiting this salon I have never had any cause to complain about any aspect of my experience. As a hair stylist Becky is excellent. She always asks what I want doing with my hair but more importantly, actually LISTENS! As such I have never been disappointed with the result! As the Manager she is also to be commended. She is always so friendly and bubbly and her salon is always spotlessly clean and hygienic which has obviously been a particular consideration over the past 18 months. Her staff are friendly and polite too and nothing seems to be too much trouble for any of them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I went to Toni & Guy to have my hair cut from past mid-length to a choppy pixie, I’m a nervous client after several bad cuts at other salons, straight away Laura E knew exactly what I wanted & talked me through the whole process from start to finish putting me fully at ease & relaxed throughout! The finished cut was just absolutely fabulous & exactly what I asked for. Would recommend her to anyone!!

Laura was able to answer all the queries I had to decide on the new colour for my scattered highlights. She has worked with me to plan my visits so I can get the best value for my hair maintenance. Had a beer and a chat. I left feeling great with a lovely bouncy natural blow dry just the way I like it. Very happy with the results.

I have been coming to Toni & Guy for over 10 years and I have received the same brilliant service every time. Laura H always makes my hair look amazing.

As always Becky made me feel completely at ease whilst talking to me about my preferences for my cut and colour.

Fabulous colour, outstanding service, products used were excellent and I left with a brilliant blow dried finish. Advice and tips given have really helped to maintain the style. The salon experience was warm, welcoming and really positive, and the environment was clean and felt COVID safe. A few purchased products have really enhanced the ‘at home’ management and ease of styling with compliments received from friends and family.

Once again, Laura Hunter has delivered on colour and creativity. Superb. Wouldn't go any where else to be forever blonde.
