Wolverhampton is small town , but doesn’t matter

I am travelling to get done my hair every 4-6 weeks and I am travelling from Essex . It means doesn’t matter distance I am receiving high standards treatments and my hairs looks so long and healthy thanks to Laura Everitt

Zoe is an amazing stylist/ Therapist. I always feel comfortable with her and her skills. I have total confidence when Zoe is highlighting/ colouring my hair. And her care and passion are unrivalled.
The salon in general is relaxing, vibrant and I’m constantly tended to by all the brilliant staff there from the moment I arrive until the moment I leave. Thank you. Highly recommended!

I have been a customer for many years.. i use to go to the Walsall Salon and then it moved to Wolverhampton. Lovely staff that always meet my requirements couldnt be more happier. I travel from Walsall to Wolverhampton now because i only trust Toni and Guy with my hair!! The team is fantastic so welcoming very respectable. I have been a customer for more than ten years and wouldnt go elsewhere. I would Recommend to all. Keep up the excellent work you all are fantastic!!!!!!!!!

I have been having my haircut from Laura H for years. She’s a brilliant hairdresser, always listens to exactly what I want during the consultation, gives her own opinion as well. I always love the end result which is the main thing. The salon has a nice chilled out atmosphere, and is very clean. Overall just a great experience.

I have been going to Toni and Guy for over 15 years now (I moved over from having my hair done at Walsall when Becky took over the salon in Wolverhampton a couple of years ago). In all the years that I have been having my hair done there, I have always been really happy with the way that Becky and other stylists have cut and coloured my hair. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they have always really taken their time to ensure a perfect end result - Becky’s attention to detail is exceptional…she is amazing! I honestly cannot praise Becky and the team enough for their professionalism, how welcoming and comfortable they make you feel, as well as the services they provide…there have been so many occasions where they have gone above and beyond. Becky and the team make going to the salon such a relaxing and pleasurable experience; I would highly recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I love my appointments I always feel so much more relaxed when I come out and at this moment I really need to feel relaxed. The staff are so friendly and extremely professional at all times.
I have never not been happy with my hair when I leave the shop, Becky listens to what I want and we always have a good chat regarding my requests before she starts. If anyone told me they were not happy with their appointment I would most definitely think that they really do not know what they want themselves.

From the moment you walk into an immaculate, hygienic, clean, beautiful space and welcomed like one of the family to the attention to giving you the highest standard of customer care you are in for a fabulous experience.
Having your hair done is a treat and that is exactly what you get... Oh and that head massage is amazing!!

This was my first hair appointment since the pandemic started, I was feeling a bit anxious but as soon as I stepped through the door I felt at ease the hygiene, atmosphere and cleanliness was superb.

Becky is an amazing stylist, she took the time out to listen to what I wanted to do with my hair. My hair looked great in condition and style, thank you to Becky.

Arrived with very overgrown hair because of current situation! Discussed with Stacy a possible change of style, which she expertly performed, with assurances to come back if I wasn't entirely happy with it.
The salon was immaculately clean as usual, the staff friendly - the whole experience as great as it always is.

Been to the salon for over 15 years, everyone past and present is wonderful. Never once came out less than thrilled, or not looking exactly like what I’ve asked for and feeling so much better. I’ve been going to Toni and Guy for some time now and over the past couple of years Stacy has been doing my cut and blow dry. Post lockdown I was feeling like I wanted a change and I spoke with Stace about going from almost JET BLACK to a nice balayage ash brown/blonde. Was she phased? NOT AT ALL! In only two sessions my hair has lightened unbelievably to a gorgeous blonde AND my hair is in better condition than ever before! I feel like a new woman. I felt in the safest hands with Stacy and knew that she was the best person for the job. If anyone fancies a dramatic colour change that is good value without compromising the condition of your hair then GO TO STACY- you will not regret it. I really cannot thank her enough and I will never go to anyone else. A big thank you is coming her way! THANKS STACY!

Laura E always does an amazing job with my hair. I’ve never felt the confidence in any other hairdresser than I’ve felt with Laura E, ever!
I can fully relaxed and enjoy my experience within the salon as I have full trust in Laura E.
I have also had other ladies at the Wolverhampton salon do my hair in the past when Laura E hasn’t been available, they too have done a great job. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing there and I always look forward to visiting each month. Thank you everybody at the salon, especially Laura E.
