I've been going to Toni & Guy for the last 15 years for either Laura H or Becky - they are both fantastic, patient and attentive. Today my appointment was with Laura and I'm so pleased with the colour and cut. She listened and took on board everything that I wanted and advised accordingly. Nothing is ever too much trouble, I'm never rushed and always leave feeling happy. The changes the salon have made to be covid secure are very reassuring too. Definitely recommend - five stars!

She is excellent stylist she knows exactly what I want.

Becky was absolutely amazing with the way she handled everything, loved the colour of my hair once it was done also put in a treatment in my hair which made my hair feel amazing and healthier than when I walked in first. Also styled my hair after, looked so good at the end of everything. Definitely recommend!

Wow what can I say, absolutely fabulous service and care as usual from Bec and the T&G team. Been coming here for years as I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

This week was the correction of my disastrous home covid attempt at colouring my own hair. I genuinely thought I had ruined my hair but Bec was really great and calmed me down completely. The time and patience her and the team took with the outrageously over the top hysterical client (me) was fabulous and I’m pleased to say their miracle working has left me able to go outdoors again without the need of my baseball cap.

I can’t thank you all enough and for anyone thinking of going anywhere else than T&G Wolverhampton I would say don’t as you will definitely not get this level of care and attention from anywhere else (and the constant coffee is fab too).

Iv been using the salon for a couple of years now and I always enjoy my visit. It’s always welcoming, clean, friendly environment. Staff are always happy to listen to my requests then generally explain to me what would be best for my hair and advise what is achievable. Very happy with the service and look forward to returning, my hair has never been in such good condition since using Becky at Toni & Guy. Thank you

I've been with Becky for 20 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I always get lots of compliments on my hair and tell everyone that T&G Wolverhampton is the place to go. I change my style and colour frequently and I'm never scared to try something new as I trust Becky and the team completely. They work so hard to make sure the whole experience is fantastic from start to finish. I visit the salon every month and always walk out smiling. Can't speak highly enough of both the service and the quality of the cut and colour. Worth every penny!

I have been going to Becky at Toni & Guy for over 10 years & moved with her from Walsall to Wolverhampton as I couldn’t bear the thought of her not doing my hair!

The Wolverhampton salon is well run & I’m always made to feel welcome by the staff. I have had a lot of different things done to my hair over the years with Becky and she always goes out of her way to achieve what I want but is always honest about the results & manages my expectations. We all go in thinking we can immediately go from one colour to another easily but Becky has always been upfront with me about the results. I appreciate this as some salons may just agree with the customer & it usually ends in disaster! My colour & cut looks amazing every time.

Becky is great with my 5 year old & is always happy to cut her hair no matter how busy the salon is. My daughter loves her visits.

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and you feel valued as a customer. I cannot recommend the salon highly enough!

Great haircut as always from Laura H. Laura has been cutting my hair for years now, she’s a brilliant hairdresser. She’s always friendly, makes you feel comfortable and most of all listens to exactly what you want doing.

I feel totally safe and at ease when coming to the salon during the current climate. It’s always very tidy and clean and they have all the covid safety steps in place.

I am beyond disgusted with the way I was treated & how I was allowed to leave the salon with a hideous mix of pink toned-mink toned-ginger hair after my appointment on 8/5/2021. I was visibly upset while I was still in the salon yet not a single member of staff stepped in to see if I was ok or check if my hair was what I wanted considering how awful it looked.

I have been a long term customer over the last 18 years and this is the worst service I have ever had. My hair is nowhere near as blonde as I would like, despite me paying almost £790 in the last 15months & they have the cheek to think that after correcting their bad choice in toner for free due to how upset I was, which was their mistake, that I am going to be coming back here for more colour services.

I have sent a complaint over to their head office along with before & after pictures. I wouldn’t want someone else to be treated the way I was.

My first appointment following the second COVID lockdown. Cannot fault the service in anyway, Laura H was as friendly as ever and was good to see her following the second lockdown. Very pleased with my haircut from Laura H as always

Not happy with my hair cut at all one side is longer than the other tried to explain to her she tried to say it was because it was free and paying £46 is not acceptable I will not be returning again as you told me is your 10 years experience

Excellent service. My stylist Bryn was very professional and friendly. My hair looks fabulous. I felt very safe in the salon and all Covid guidance was adhered to.

Soon as I stepped in, I was taken care off and looked after very well throughout the cutting and washing. Understood what I wanted and was done with perfection. Really friendly staff and will be coming back!

Love my hair hasn’t been cut for ages. All cleaning was done before I sat down. And then afterwards. The girls are working really hard.

Bryn was lovely the whole appointment. My first haircut in a long time and he worked magic, my hair feels and looks great. He explained everything he was going to do and I felt comfortable around him. Everything was done safely as could be during this pandemic. I will be back in for my next hair appointment

I went in for a new look, I showed him a couple of photos, I had shoulder length hair and came out with short cropped hair. I'm pleased with the results ?

I made an appointment with Stacey to help me transition to my natural grey hair after my roots had grown out during lockdown. The team were very helpful and knowledgeable and relieved my anxieties about taking the big step to turning grey! I was really pleased with my experience, the staff managed social distancing and PPE well and I felt safe. I’m also really pleased with my new hair, the colours blend well and the cut is great. Would recommend!

Stacy done an AMAZING JOB, I am so happy with my new colour.
She was able to fix my try to go blonde at home attempt, my hair came in to the shop orange and left nice and ashey !
