I’ve been coming to Jemma for over a year now, since I had a terrible haircut elsewhere. She has helped me grow it out from Pixie to Bob with ZERO awkward stages. No mullet, no embarrassing fluffy bits, just a great shape all the way down. She is fantastic, really listens to what you want, understands what your hair needs, and helps when you’re feeling stuck in a rut by tinkering with colour etc to give you something new. Love her!

As always professional 1:1 advice and service given. I am always happy with my hair when Laura does it and often seek and take her advice. The atmosphere of the salon is always welcoming and they do always make me feel like a valued customer.

What a lovely lady my appointment was with a Becky Hickman my hair felt amazing after a good cut so much lighter and the colour was beautiful!!! Will be booking in again shortly!!! The staff we do helpful and polite.

Stylist was nice and happy with results. However it was my first visit and had been emailed a 25% discount code presented it to the lady on reception she stood for a good few minutes looking at the offer and then replied it states in small print can only use voucher monday to thursday. Hadnt seen this but made to feel a little stupid by it. Not sure i would visit again on this customer service.

My appointment was first thing in the morning and it was on time. Drinks were offered by the staff and my stylist was brilliant. She asked me what I wanted and advised were required. I think her name was Stacey, she has faded short red hair.

Every time I come and get my hair done kat is amazing , she just knows what I need and how to cut my hair , I can't praise her enough she is an asset to Toni and guy , I would not come if it wasn't for kat

Welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter salon. Absolutely love my hair as always! Highly recommend Becky she is friendly and we always have a good chat but at the same time very professional, nothing is too much trouble.

A good experience from telephone call to book the appointment right through to final cut. Dee C was cheerful, checked what was required, enthusiastic and the result was perfect. Would highly recommend Dee C.

Lovely young man. Showed good understanding about the cut I asked for and also for the products. Done a good job. Once finished I wished I had more volume in my results.
