Absolutely wonderful! I hadn’t had my hair cut in over a year and a half as I am really picky over my hair and was worried about going somewhere new. But I’m so glad I did. As someone with mild social anxiety I’ve never liked going to new places, especially on my own, but all the staff are wonderful and really welcoming! Hannah was amazing, she took a test strand a few weeks before my appointment to see how my hair reacted to the dye and did a test patch a feed day before my appointment (something no other salon I’ve been to has done). Hannah went through what I wanted in detail and explained everything to me, not only at the start but also as we were going. I am absolutely in love with my hair and got exactly what I asked for. My hair feels amazing and looks great. I could not be happier. I 100% recommend this salon, I couldn’t fault it if I tried!

I can’t recommend Olivia enough. She is one of those rare stylists who really listen and make you feel completely at ease. The colour and finish were perfect, and she knew exactly what would suit me even better than I did. The atmosphere is always friendly, the service is thoughtful, and you walk out feeling like the best version of yourself. A real gem!

My daughter was nervous to start with but the lady cutting her hair had patience and was calm throughout very helpful and understanding of the haircut fear but she cut her hair.
Polite proffesional and fairly priced will be back for more trims as I get older

Great welcome when I phoned to book & ensured as it was my first visit that I knew where they were on the High Street and where to park. Great welcome when I arrived. Hannah listened to what I wanted, checked in whilst cutting, not to mention a lovely hair wash. Felt very well cared for and happy with my cut. Came away with a free gift too. Fab experience and highly recommend.

Hannah is always friendly, ,happy to listen to what you want and will give advice if wanted. Always makes my fine hair look the best it can be with a great cut and colour. A lovely salon too with lots of nearby parking.

I booked a last minute appointment, out of desperation, 6 weeks ago. It was the best decision ever! Liv was incredible. She spent time listening to my frustrations then restyled my hair, giving me fantastic tips on how to blow dry it and keep it in good condition. I have never had so many compliments about my hair as I have these past few weeks!

Always a fabulous experience at Cocos. Olivia is so knowledgeable on both products and style. When I requested to have blow dried straight Olivia was visibly excited showing such pleasure in their work. After trying and failing to get the haircut I wanted for a couple of years, I’m delighted to say that Joe got it right the first time. He took on board what I was asking for and delivered a cut that allows me the option of allowing my hair to dry naturally and still look great. He also did a really good job of restoring blonde to my hair. Joe shows confidence without any arrogance and is a credit to the salon. It all took a bit longer than I expected but I’d prefer that than not have the right result. The team as a whole did a good job of taking care of me during my colour appointment too. Finally, how can I not mention the adorable Alfie. For me, anywhere that has a dog has an added advantage.

My stylist took the time to cut and style my hair to how I had wanted it to be. It was my first haircut in 3 years and I've walked out feeling more like myself again, it really was a great appointment. I am already booked to go back and recommending to other people. Special mention to the gorgeous dog who I hope to see again.

Olly is just simple the best,❤️ he has been doing my hair for years, and years and he is always completely honest with me, which I appreciate, sometimes he does let me go with my own ideas, but I do usually regret them, 😂 colour wise, and over the years I have pushed his buttons numerous times with my bright ideas and constant colour changes, but just of late, I have been listening to Olly and I have to say I have stopped wishing to go a totally different colour 😂 as Olly has now perfected my colour and I am loving it.

This was my first visit, for a colour and blow dry as the location works for me . What an amazing find !! I loved the salon, Chris took time to talk to me about all of my requirements, and gave a wonderful selection of treats and discounts at check out that was a total surprise and an amazing extra touch . Am so glad I made the leap from my usual salon . Best of all is the time , my last salon were so slow , Chris was super efficient ( but not rushed) which I loved. Highly recommend.

I visited Coco’s yesterday for the first time, I had a wash and blow dry for a wedding and had such an amazing experience! The minute I arrived I felt so welcome, Olly my stylist was so lovely, really took the time to find out what I wanted and offered great advice for how I can look after my hair at home. The therapist that washed my hair was also lovely, she explained the products she was using and the wash was so relaxing! The salon is stunning and I left with a little goodie bag which was such a nice touch, highly recommend!
