I have been coming to this salon since it opened and have had many excellent hairstylists cut my hair. Tracey is excellent, but others are equally as good.

Always very happy and equally happy to book all the stylists. Today stylust calmly took me walking in and swapping with my daughter who was stuck at work and will take my appointment. I showed photo Claire Richards solo and group photo steps and Victoria beckem bobed hair style very good. Think my seat had funny depth right side because kept tempo drifting too the right then back to straight. I very pleased with the back of hair and sides of much shorter bob than January I wanted the rounding ride bit short to puff up but wetted brush to nice flat hair cut and still looks nice nice flat.

I had a very informative discussion about the possibility of changing my hair strategy.

Tracey was her usual professional and friendly self we discussed how my hair was, how much to cut and she dried it with a flair.

She was amazing, made me feel relaxed and explained everything before starting. My shoulders had such tight knots and she relieved these. It was painful at times but doing the job. I highly recommend her and thank you . I will be back.

I have been to the salon for years and it is always a happy atmosphere with helpful talented staff. Today I wanted to try some new colours before my daughter’s wedding. Tanya spent so much time discussing options and everyone was genuinely interested to see the results. So much care and time taken. The experience was fun and the results are just what I wanted. A happy customer - again.

After 20 yes of using the same hairdresser I was nervous about trying someone new, however I was not disappointed, tanya listened, understood the texture of my hair and did exactly what I asked for and gave fabulous advice on how to style my frizzy curly hair, super pleased and will always recommend to everyone, really surprised to find an exceptional hairdresser in a little town like Burgess Hill!
For gods sake Tanya please don’t move to London where all the decent hairdressers seem to end up, otherwise I’ll have to cut my own hair with my horse clippers ?

I had a great treatment today by Christine, she was very welcoming and really helped me with my back pain. She was firm but not painful and after the massage I felt so much better and in much less pain.
