We were very sorry to hear about your experience in our salon when you visited our young graduate stylist with a promotional offer. We did in fact reply to you by email on Friday lunchtime after we had a chance to speak to the graduate stylist that looked after you. You also notified us that we hadn't responded to your complaint, which we had, so we re sent the email to you this morning. It was a shame that we were not given the opportunity to invite you back into the salon so that we could see what you were not happy with and possibly be given the opportunity to rectify the cut, however in the email sent to you on Friday we attached a gesture of goodwill voucher to visit and experience our Senior Artistic Director when you ar next due a hair cut ,with our compliments . We do hope that we are given the opportunity in the future to re Instill some faith in what our salon visits should be about . Kinda regards Peewees
