Absolutely wonderful service and I am so so happy with my eyelashes. This is easily the best outcome I’ve had through getting them lifted and tinted. I’ve had so many compliments from friends and family. Highly recommend Mariette, she was very friendly and easy to natter too.

Love my experience with Louisa every time she cuts my hair. She is so knowledgeable and my the condition of my hair has improved dramatically since I've been visiting her at the salon.

Scie was really lovely … and i am quite fussy with who i spend my time with!! The cut she has given me was perfect and I really like how she has curled my hair - i would never be able to do it myself!

You pop in and are greated by smiley faces and people knowing your name :) you get seated and wait (comfy, never a problem) then your hairdresser/stylist finds you.. again positive, friendly, chatty and go through what you want, dont want, ideas, then plan :) Go get your hair washed and a head massage if you want (i do always chills you out and relax more) normally with one of the chatty students usually with cool colourful hair !! Then back to your seat, now usually the option for a drink if not one already and things begin.. get comfy and then its a combo of great chat, great cutting/styling skill for however long it may take. Good tunes and environment in the background and Always a good session whether standard cut time or more if more is being done. The memorys of staff if its not your first time is incredible and you always feel loved/important !! Personally going in seeing Alice for ages now is like a drink and catch up with a friend :) Im sure its the same for other regulars and who they see too.. then payment and your coat, or a check in the big mirror just before ;) All round lovely service and makes you want to come back and even be more creative with what you want.. A warm welcome, smiling staff, someone to wash your hair and give a head massage, coffee, sociable chatting, professional hair cut and leaving the salon looking amazing. I'm always gobsmacked at how good Tiffany makes me look. It makes my whole weekend.

As always a lovely morning spent with Chloe and the bonus I won a voucher in the Xmas draw - result!

As always, my stylist was professional, so willing to do their best work and charming. Holly was warm, friendly, and understood my needs perfectly. The atmosphere in the training salon is always uplifting.

The salon experience is fantastic and all the team are warm and welcoming. However, the appointment was to have my hair dyed, and I’m extremely disappointed in the result, especially considering I paid £300 for it. The colours look nothing like the reference image I brought in, and it’s barely even evident that it’s been dyed (for example the ends were supposed to be a white-lilac but don’t look much different from my normal black hair, and it was meant to be ombré but it’s just solid purple from the neck down, in a single shade). I feel really unhappy about it. I would like to come back in to have it fixed please as I’m really unhappy with it!

Was the best service I've ever had in a salon, I'm gutted I don't live in the UK and can go back again. Emily did an amazing job fixing my hair and giving me advice I can tell my next hairdresser back home in NZ. Went away feeling so good thank you.

As always Alice is a comsumet professional, kind-hearted and a credit to a fantastic saloon. I have been a client for many years and always recommend Buzby and Blue. The two hours each month is such a tonic from a busy life, a calm and always happy, buzzing oasis.

Most careful respectful and enjoyable to spend time for someone who is 76 years of age. Someone who makes the client feel special is an amazing talent with such a vast difference in age. A great asset and example for other in the team.

As usual Louisa has coloured my hair so that it looks very natural. This was a colour correction and there is no-one else I would trust to do this. Louisa is the best pets I have ever ever been to. I recommend her to anyone.

Honesty. A person who understand face shape and hair types to create looks that complement your natural features. Honest about what looks good and offer recommendations to create a style that matches your unique fashion sense in a way that still looks good. Highly recommend.
