Hair styling is incredibly important. Good styling lifts the spirit in amazing ways. My spirit is always lifted after a visit, but this last time, it was doubly lifted! We are living in strange times and I was definitely feeling 'strange.' I was put to rights...THANK YOU.
I visit regularly because of the high standards and am very happy with the results. I do think the ‘London’ prices are too high though.
The staff go out of their way to make the experience a pleasurable and their level of technical ability is second to none - l have been going to the Chichester salon for more years than I care to remember and they have cared beautifully for my hairs differing needs- they make you feel important.

Really great cut and blow dry yesterday by Liz, really friendly relaxed environment and came out feeling a million dollars. Excellent head massage and conditioning treatment too, would really recommend.
It was total perfection being back in the best salon with expert Rachel sculpting my hair to perfection and Maisie creating a sparkling colour! Apart from masks it’s bliss to be back to ‘normal’!

I have no complaints but the haircuts are getting expensive now! The point system wasn’t working on the computer so I couldn’t see if I had any monies owing. Now I’m retired you notice things more so after 23 years of using Toni & Guy I will wait longer between each cut.

As always - my experience at Toni and Guy Chichester was absolutely first class. Brittanie is an excellent stylist and a delightful friendly person. Everyone at the salon makes each client feel special. It is so nice to be back after all those months in Lockdown. I feel very fortunate to have such an excellent salon on my doorstep. Once I found the Tony and Guy team in Chichester I have never gone anywhere else..even when living in France.. Jo's team is so talented that you can rely on ANY of them to give you a fantastic cut and/or colour (that won't have you diving straight under the duvet when you get home, as has often been my own experience walking into a new salon in the past). You can trust them ALL. They all seem to be constantly updating their skills and training in line with the latest trends and techniques. And they also happen to be a really lovely, friendly group of individuals, so despite the very upmarket exterior/interior of the place, you won't find a warmer welcome anywhere.

Always go here and wanted to write a review because yesterday I had one my best experiences yet. My favourite colourists are Lauren’s and Amy. Amy did my colour yesterday- she did exactly what I asked and got the colour spot on!
My cut was done by Dawn who I don’t always have but will definitely ask for again. She really really listened, really wanted to get things right and worked with me to make sure everything was perfect. She also took the time to show me some styling tips and said I could pop in to see her anytime if I get stuck. I felt she went above and beyond and gave the sort of service you really want in a hairdresser. Thank you!
