Grace cut my hair. She was knowledgeable and nice. She knew exactly what I meant and cut it really well. She was great. I'm very impressed. Plus I had a lovely head massage!
Stress free and good covid strategy in place. Fantastic cut from Katie as always. It was quiet but that’s a sign of the times.

Despite the current restrictions and precautions, the service I received today from Lloyd and Gemmy was up to their usual high standard. The salon was obviously quieter than pre covid due to distancing requirements, but I like that! They are doing a great job despite PPE and disposable towels and gowns. Thank you!

Normally I get a really good hair cut from Essentuals but today was very disappointing. One side of my hair is about an inch shorter than the other and only noticed when I got home. So upset

Today I had my hair coloured & cut for the first time as a new client. I had my hair coloured and cut by Grace who was very friendly & did an amazing job of my hair exactly how I wanted it. Came away a happy customer. A great experience all round.

Great colour as always - felt safe with Lloyd & other members of staff.
However, was noted that Not all your clients We’re practising correct mask wearing protocol Ie not covering nose or removing mask to speak!!
Difficult situation I know but maybe something that can be addressed internally.
Thank you for your feedback, your right , this can be a difficult area to get right, we have always asked clients to wear mask at all times, but some need a gentle reminder to wear correctly!

Fab cut for my daughter this morning. Hoping I got the stylists name correct. My daughter wasnt keen on going as she wasnt keen on the lady she had last time but we returned and she is so happy. Will def be picking this lady again. Her hair looks amazing now as it was really scraggly and felt like straw from so much chlorine. Amazing.

Grace was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed there! She did an amazing job on my hair. She really took the time to perfect my hair and make sure the results were what I wanted. You can see how much passion she has for the job. On top of that, she was making sure everything was cleaned after use. I definitely recommend her and the salon itself!

Happy with the way she handled my hair all that I wanted are followed... made my daughter first time experience in this salon enjoyable. We had a nice mother-daughter bonding... to think she’s only 6yrs old.... more bonding to come and hopefully with you lots... only regret I didn’t tell that I work in NHS I could have a discount ??♀️... overall it’s a nice experience staffs are accommodating... this is my third time to come in here... I guess. Only one comment for improvement needs air conditioning to cool down in this hot weather.

So so pleased, Katie put me at ease after shielding throughout lockdown, so this was a big step to attend.
