The staff were all very nice and attentive, as was my hairdresser who always asked me what I wanted and made sure I was happy. It isn't the most impressive cut I've had but I'm not that happy with my hair length anyway (I'm growing it out from a Bob) so I don't think that was Katy's fault. Either way, I'd probably go back.

Amazing experience.....I’ve been gray transitioning since summer and it was time to let go of my awful dark hair. Katie made me feel reassured and comfortable with my decision and helped me chose the perfect hair cut. It’s going to take some time to get used to but I’m loving it already! Thanks Katie ???

Thank you Lloyd for a truly wonderful experience today. Colouring is excellent and most important of all my hair was rinsed thoroughly. I usually had to wash my hair after the visit as my scalp becomes very itchy and irritated but not this time. So privileged to have Lloyd to see me to the end. Blow drying was excellent too.
