I have been coming to this salon for a year and they have been really good, very clean and friendly environment, staff are very kind and professional .. highly recommend
The salon experience is great and Odette is lovely…She asks what we are after and explains what would like nice and how to achieve it..
The one improvement opportunity i see, would be, in communicating the cost, as I was surprised on the final bill of £168.
Although the colour was good, in all honesty, I couldn’t really see enough difference between having highlights/colour only or the highlights and toner..
If I had of known the cost up front, I would have stuck to just highlights..
Katie listened to what l wanted and did a lovely coverage of my grey roots. Wanted to go darker for winter.
Reese gets to know your issues, targets your pain points and provides one of the best massages I have ever had.
She is knowledgeable and professional, explaining what she is going to do and why. I would highly recommend her.
Odette has been my hair dresser for over 10years, she’s the best, always listens and delivers but is honest too. I always leave the salon feeling great, she is very talented hair stylist. We have also played around with colours and cuts and always does a great job, I would 100% recommend!
Odette is fabulous bubbly and friendly gives a great wash and cut love this hairdressers find all the staff lovely make you feel welcome .
