Lucy did a manicure for me while my hair was being coloured, Lucy is a lovely person who made me feel at ease. Hand and arm massage was great and I love the colour I now have for my nails

My hair was a mess from months of lockdown and Jade made me feel amazing. My hair is so shiny and soft and the colour is beautiful! Goodbye grey roots. The salon is always immaculate and all the staff are helpful and lovely to chat to.

Jade is, as always, a fantastic colourist. The salon is being kept spick and span and appointments are scheduled to allow for space and relaxation. If it wasn’t for the masks and visors you would just think it was a quiet day in the salon. No stress at all and my hair looks and feels gorgeous. Thank you Jade!

My weekly trip to Pruners is always a treat. Penny, my stylist, is always smiling and a pleasure to see with the rest of the staff who are always very friendly.

Emily transforms me every time I have my hair done. She’s always professional always listen to my needs and gives the best advice.

I always feel good after my salon experience. So good to chat and feel the new me emerge after great hair shaping and good advice.

Jane at Pruners is excellent with a pair of scissors. There is no one else comparable between appointments that I would ever let touch my hairstyle, so it is important to book regularly. If Jane is the best I expect others at Pruners are also almost brilliant .

Very accommodating staff

I wanted to change salons and took a punt on Pruners and it didn’t disappoint. From the minute I sat down I was expertly taken care of, listened to and advice given. Jade got the colour spot on, a great cut and even suggested a bit of a wave finish which was fabulous - shame I had nowhere to go. Will definitely be back.

Jade put me at ease, was great to talk to and gave me a lovely haircut.

Wonderful to see Jane again after 15 months. Got rid of a ton of hair and as usual Jane styles it exactly as I wanted

Lavinia has been cutting my hair for years and I'm always very happy with the result.

Luke is awesome. Every time he cuts and colours my hair it just gets better. I arrived feeling tired and drab and left on cloud nine. He's very kind and attentive as well as being incredible at his trade. I can't thank him enough.
