I love coming to see Mollie and I don’t say that lightly. Mollie truly understands what you want and how you want to achieve it. She really cares and is so patient and clear with expectations/limitations with hair.

Mollie is truly exceptional! Her skill as a hairdresser is unmatched; She has an incredible eye for detail and always knows exactly how to bring my vision to life. Beyond her technical expertise, Mollie's empathy and kindness create an experience that feels truly personalised. She takes the time to listen and ensures I feel comfortable and cared for throughout. Her passion and dedication shine through in her work, making every visit a pleasure. It’s rare to find someone who combines such talent with genuine warmth, and Mollie does it effortlessly.

Mollie is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. She always listens to exactly what I want and gives ideas if I’m not sure! She’s also a lovely person and fun to chat with so hair appointments feel like having coffee with a friend with the bonus of feeling a million bucks at the end! I’ve recommended her to all my friends.

Fab cut , well executed by Cindy who took her time and has taken me from drab lank shoulder length to bouncy glossy funky shortish ! Very happy .

Really pleased with my haircut - Mollie spent time listening to how I style my hair at home and she cut some layers in to help achieve the look I wanted. She styled it beautifully after drying it too !!

Due to needing an appointment last minute, I found one online & at a convo time too. Sarah was warm, welcoming & understanding about the situation & asked me questions & understood what I wanted & made me feel comfortable straight away.

I’ve been having my hair done at the chapel since May every other month or so and each time it has been so lovely. It’s so nice to have a sit down with Mollie before every appointment to discuss what I’d like to do and for her to offer advice and how it can be done. It’s reassuring to have a hairdresser who truly listens to you! Heidi even super kindly went out and put a new parking ticket on my car as mine had run out, they go the extra mile there and truly make you feel comfortable and heard. Will continue to always go back to the chapel for my hair x

It’s by far the nicest place I’ve ever had my haircut, it’s such a calm welcoming space. I love seeing Cindy to have my haircut, she’s so friendly and always does such a great job with my hair.!she takes the time to listen and it’s definitely the best haircut I’ve ever had.

I love The Chapel. Mark is amazing and I totally credit him with helping me go from hating my hair to liking my hair. At my first appointment a few years ago, Mark listened, really listened to what I did and more importantly didn't like about my hair. A clear explanation of the cut he'd do, beautifully executed has shown me how the right haircut by the right stylist, is everything. Hey presto ! I like my hair!
