As ever, in these challenging times, the service provided by the people in this salon was superb.

First time at Toni and Guy, Horsham today and I was treated so well by everyone, felt like I'd been going for ages. My hairdresser, Charlotte, really took her time to understand what I wanted and had been trying to achieve for a while - I have curly hair and can feel nervous about getting my hair cut but she did such an amazing job and I am SO pleased with my hair! Will definitely be going back! Thank you to all the lovely staff in what are really difficult times, you're doing a fab job! :)

Fantastic hairdressers been going there for five years. Use to go to Vidal before. Lucy is brilliant, listens to what I want making it a collaborative experince (I am very picky and like to change my style). As soon as I walk in I am welcomed and attended to as though I am the center of attention. Stacy is amazing, l feel known and appreciated she even recognises my voice on the phone. Toni and Guy surpasses London Vidal by miles. My style lasts for ages.

Just had another amazing cut from Lucy at Toni&Guy in Horsham!

My whole experience from the moment I walked in was a good one. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, my stylist Dani listened and advised me so well and brought a colour technician over to chat to me about what I might like to do in the future with my hair colour. Fantastic experience, will definitely go back.

I was very impressed with the contact between Toni and guy hairstylist and myself to begin with. Claire is lovely and matched my hair colour to perfection. Dani have me a soothing head massage and expertly dried my hair. Very pleased with the whole experience thank you.
