Lucy and team were really friendly. I’m a new client and we talked through some ideas and she helped me find a style that suits and I can manage at home. Beautifully cut and I’m very happy.

After 5 months of hair growth, totally transformed in a couple of hours with care, confidence and professionalism. Amazing

Had my hair my hair highlighted and cut today, could be any more pleased, even after months of no colour and one bad lockdown cut such a fab job done.i felt very comfortable and safe in salon, would highly recommend.

Lovely as always

This was my first appointment since lockdown. I felt very safe in the salon. All of the safety measures imposed by the government were strictly adhered to. The team has split in two two working in bubbles across the week so the salon feels very quiet. I actually found it a really lovely experience because the team have time to focus more and it felt very chilled.

I am always really happy with my hair when I leave. With going so many months without a cut or colour, my hair actually managed really well which in my view is the sign of a great colour and cut.

It was so fantastic to be back and I’m really happy with my cut and colour.

Nikki is an excellent hairdresser, I always love my cut and style.

I've been going to Toni and Guy in Horsham for a few years now and although its slightly more pricey than other salon, its definitely worth it! I always have a good experience there and my hairdresser Lucy is honestly the best hairdresser I've ever had.

Going there since lockdown and covid was a different experience but I felt very safe and j dodnt feel as thought the quality of my cut was compromised. There weren't that many people on there due to the limited numbers which is a safety factor but also meant we could hear each other speak through thr masks and hairdryers. So we still had a good chat.

I had a great time getting my hair done at Toni &, Guy Horsham. I felt very pampered and safe the whole time. The hygenie procedures were very good and I was treated so well. My hair looks fantastic and I feel great.

All the stylists I’ve had here are great, but my cut today by Elly was exceptional.

Lucy at the Horsham branch cut my hair, lovely person who listens to what you want and cuts my hair just how I wanted it

Great haircut by Elly - first time with a new hairdresser for many years - had to go locally due to lockdown. Very pleased with the result

Made my first visit to Toni&Guy since lockdown and staff were lovely and also very professional as they always are. I felt very safe as the saloon was extremely clean, all staff wore masks or visors and I was provided with a disposable mask and aprons on arrival. There was plenty of space to socially distance from other customers which was also reassuring. So pleased too with haircut and colour - excellent as always.

I would like to thank the lovely Lucy & all the rest of the staff at your Horsham branch . It was such a wonderful gesture for Toni& Guy to do . My hair is perfect & will definitely be returning to the salon .

I was greeted friendly by staff, I then put on some PPE, and was then greeted by Ellie who was doing my hair today. Ellie was lovely and chatty and made me feel at ease as I was a little nervous And cut my hair beautifully as i have alot of it!. Im very happy with my hair and very grateful for Toni and guy also doing the NHS free cut. I shall be back again!

The salon is spotless and I feel totally safe. They have taken all precautions and of course the cut is perfect.

It was fabulous- amazing hair treatment - and brilliant cut and blow dry with Charlotte as usual
