Good to be back to get another perfect colour and cut, but this time in a careful Covid Secure environment too. The Horsham branch couldn’t have done it all any better!

The Staff at the Toni & Guy Horsham were extremely fastidiously with cleaning down after each client but we’re still the professional cheery staff we’ve always had..

The experience today in the Horsham Salon was just perfect. Claire and Danny made me feel so welcome and safe during my time in the salon.

Well done and thank you to the salon staff for getting us back in chairs for our haircuts and thank you to Lucy for performing her usual magic. I don’t think I could have coped with my hair during lockdown and no cut for 28 weeks if I didn’t have such an amazing and talented hairdresser. xx

First haircut since lockdown. Been cutting my own hair since then and so glad to have it sorted out properly. This situation has made me more appreciative to my hairdresser than ever. My hair looks and feels great. Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience. It was a pleasure to be back in the salon.

Emma and her team have pulled out all the stops to get customers back to the salon. Greeted like a family member, the experience was not diluted even with the observance of Covid precautions. As ever, wonderful service and one very happy customer.

Great service as usual from the team. At Horsham, and my hair is now expertly coloured and cut. No concerns over safety given the cleanliness of the salon and obvious changes to ensure social distancing.

Excellent set up & first class colour & stylist.

Right from the start I felt very comfortable and safe, I was invited in given a face mask and gown and shown to my seat where Nikki donned in her visor attended to my hair from washing it to cutting and blow drying. There was a small increase in price of £3 which was very reasonable. Thank you Toni and Guy for reopening I’ve missed you

So very good to be back at the Salon after these months of Lockdown. This Salon is run with professionalism and excellence at its helm from Emma and Stacey. Charlotte is the best stylist I have ever had and her cutting techniques are intuitive and pure excellence. Scott (Helen) knows how to colour hair - again intuitive and pure excellence. What a team !!! I am lucky to be a client and each visit is pure joy. Great to have been back again today.

I felt welcomed. PPE was given to me immediately and my stylist was ready for me - no waiting.
The stylist did everything I asked for and was friendly and efficient and I am pleased with the results. The real test comes when I wash and blow dry it myself.
All in all, a pleasant experience during this crazy time.

Had a great cut and blow dry and while we had to wear ppe, I still felt the stylist was listening to my requests and remained professional throughout.

Having my hair cut after all these months was one of the best experiences. Well done everyone at Tony and Guy and thank you Lucy for my lovely new hair ?

As a pregnant woman, I have been hidden away from the world for about 4 months so needless to say I was fairly apprehensive about attending my hair appointment, especially as the only other place I have been recently was the hospital. I needn’t have been, as soon as I arrived Lucy put my mind at ease and before I knew it any sort of concern I had was gone.
The hygiene standards that have been implemented by the team are exemplary, and I hope other salons are doing the same.

8am, Saturday 4th July and I was IN! 14 weeks and no haircut! The Horsham salon did not disappoint. The whole experience was superb. Well done Emma and the team for working so hard to get us back in!
