After four months cultivating the look of wise old hair bear I’m pleased to report that after 30 mins of skilled and creative work Charlotte’s restored the dapper old geezer that’s my MO. Appropriately protected and attired for these extraordinary times we all find ourselves.

My experience was not good. I asked for no conditioner the girl who washed my hair did at least 5 minutes massage with conditioner without asking I found leaning back on sink very uncomfortable. Haircut not great & she only just remembered she needed to cut my fringe as next client had arrived. I felt rushed

Having been a regular client of Toni & Guy for nearly 20 yrs. I recently visited the Horsham salon and my experience was nothing short of outstanding, from the welcome, coats taken coffee offered within minutes of entering the salon, I was taken straight through to my appointment early, magazines and pastries arrive. The music is good, the salon is busy a really nice atmosphere, the place is spotless, the towels smell nice (might sound strange but in other salons this hasn’t always been the case!) the colourist really listened to what I wanted and I love my new hair. I cannot rate this salon enough!!!

I’ve been visiting Toni and Guy Horsham for many years so it’s about time I left feedback. The service from the moment you enter the door, to the time you leave, is second to none. I always enjoy every single aspect of my trip to the salon. Not only is it relaxing and uplifting, my hair always looks fab too! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Laura did a great job of blending in lighter color & looks amazing so really pleased with it.Also Emma has done a great job with reshaping my hair & taking out a lot of the weight so again really pleased, The salon has a really friendly atmosphere & all the staff are welcoming.
