Staff had great experience and the cut was above my expectation.

I popped in spur of the moment and was fitted in which was great. Fabulous hairdresser who listened and understood instinctively what I needed. Manager was fantastically professional. Great to see this standard outside London. Great and proper coffee! Only one opportunity for improvement: most people will say having someone wash your hair and the head massage are the best/very important parts of the hairdressing experience. I am not convinced the ladies have been taught to do a vaguely proper head massage. I recommend that this is actually taught to a certain standard - your customers will love it.

I hadn’t used Toni&Guy Horsham for several years as I was working overseas. My senior stylist was Nicky, we discussed a new style and I showed quite a number of photos to Nicky. I knew as we chatted and agreed the style it would be lovely and I wasn’t disappointed! I am delighted with the cut and style, next stop colour and new darker shade for Christmas and winter, back at Toni&Guy.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with a real commitment to customer service make a visit to this salon a great experience. Highlights and a great haircut as well - wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

I have been going to Toni & Guy in Horsham for over three years and I would not go anywhere else now. Charlotte always cuts my hair exactly how I Iike it and Scottie does my colour and again its perfect. All the staff are so friendly and there is always a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A lovely added touch is the croissants they serve to you along with a drink of your choice. I would highly recommend this salon

Lovely experience with the lovely Claire and all the salon girls are so friendly and welcoming. However, the girl who washed my hair repeatedly got water in my ears. I have chronic issues with my ears and cannot get water in them. Consequently I asked for some cotton wool - which I always do - to put in my ears prior to washing. That to me would have sent a message to the girl washing my hair that I didnt want water in my ears. By the end of it I was pretty angry as my ears were full of water. I just hope I don’t get an ear infection as a result. Please remind your staff that it is not ok to shower someone’s hair and fill their ears up with water.

I have returned to the area and Toni and Guy in Horsham after living away for 3 years. I am delighted that the salon, service and staff are just as good as they were before! Emma, the Manager, is the best hairdresser I have ever had cut my hair and she also the best blow-dryer. Scotty is a great colourist too. A great team!

Really welcoming and efficient staff in a delightfully friendly salon

Amazing. After a long pregnancy and 10 weeks of newborn, I needed a good pamper and re-vamp and the ladies provided me just that. Everyone was so kind, chatty and made effort to make you feel welcome. The lady on reception was very kind, informative and went out of her way to make you feel comfortable. At the end of my cut whilst I waited for my husband she allowed us to bring in my baby to feed whilst we waited and didn’t rush us to leave. The colour technician is incredible, she went out of her way to make me feel good, even tried to speed things up so I could get back to my baby (as a new mum this was very appreciated). Your stylist is also very good. She listened to all my ideas and suggested her professional opinion, which we agreed on and I am very happy with my new hair. Thank you to everyone there for my first mini break.

Went on feeling frazzled with the dreaded grey coming through and left with a fantastic colour. Claire is so amazing at colour and I left it all up to her today on what would be best. The care and attention she spent on my hair was incredible. I’ve never had colour that looks so natural and even. I’m delighted! Nicole blow dried my hair too and by the time I left I felt so much better. it Has made all the difference going to Toni & Guy and I’m so pleased I made the change. 5 stars all round!

I have had my hair cut and highlighted by staff at the Toni & Guy Horsham over quite a few years and have always had a friendly reception and great hair cuts and tinting. Offers of coffee & tea whilst being tended to are a nice touch. Talent and great service never comes cheap but is well worth the results. N Reindl
