Hectic salon with a rude receptionist. Hairdresser was lovely and easy to chat to but I left with a wonky hair cut - I had to trim it when I got home!! I won’t be returning.

A little Christmas treat from my husband... a great, choppy bob, a perfect head massage and even a glass of bubbly!!! Thanks Lucy... I will be back in the new year.

Love the cut I just had! I have a lot of hair which is usually hard to work with but Nicole managed to cut it exactly how I want it! She was such a perfrctionist which I really like as it signals she really cares and takes pride in her work! I know it is pricey but it’s worth the money, too many times have I gone to somewhere cheaper and not been happy with the result. Will definitely return.

I had a full head of highlights for an ashy blonde colour with peachy tones throughout. Georgia did a fantastic job. The peachy colour is obvious enough to spot but also subtle. I would trust Georgia with my hair every time.

I am a new customer. They were able to fit me in at short notice. Got a great cut. Stylist gave me the cut I wanted. Very professional receptionist. Really impressed with their customer service. Highly recommended.

Really happy with my hair! The colour is beautiful and so shiny :) Laura coloured my hair and is always so lovely! She sat down with me and took the time to make sure I was happy with the colour. Nikki who styled my hair was fantastic and put some more shape into my long bob. Staff all very accommodating and very welcoming :) Head massage was also amazing too! Highly recommend! Always super pleased and relaxed when I go for my hair appointment.

Scott and Lucy are an amazing team. They never fail to reassure me and know exactly how to make me feel like me again, with a fab hairdo! The whole team from reception to managers are a joy!

I don’t have my haircut regularly as I never really enjoy the experience and always leave feeling less than thrilled with my hair. I’ve walked past Toni and guy lots of times and it always looks busy and classy so I thought I’d give it a try. I booked online which was a pain free experience and turned up for my appointment with Lucy. She was very friendly and helpful. We decided on a hairstyle as I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted. I had a very relaxing hair wash and head massage and then the haircut began. Lucy did a fantastic job on my hair. I’m thrilled with it and am looking forward to my husband and children seeing it at the end of the day. Thank you Lucy and I will book again.
