Very good, as ever. Elly is an artist. My only negative: what with masks and music, conversation was difficult.

A very enjoyable hair cut and colour with amazing service and a lovely atmosphere in the salon.

So good to be back with you for a needed cut, almost back to normal, just have to be able to dispense with the masks. Head massage so missed and a great cut to make me feel like myself, thank you

I managed to get an appointment just before Christmas and so pleased with Nicky. She cut my hair just perfectly and knew just what suited me. The salon was spotless with all the necessary safety measures in place. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I was most impressed.

Emma is fantastic, I really enjoy my haircut with her. She listens to what I want, and cuts accordingly. I have been going to this salon for over 20 years, so I must like it!

I took the plunge and asked for a short hair cut. Charlotte have me great advice and cut my hair really well. I have had nothing but genuine compliments.

I always hate the idea of having my hair done but Scott who colours and Lucy who cuts always make it an enjoyable occasion! I have been going to the Horsham salon for a long time now and always very happy with the finished job. Everyone is so friendly too.

I look forward to going into the salon, the girls are like family, they never disappoint.

Love coming into Toni&Guy all the staff are so friendly and professional I just feel relaxed and comfortable, even wearing masks at the moment we can still have a chat and a laugh, also feel extremely safe if the girls are not doing a client's hair they are cleaning, bless them.

I always have a brilliant experience when I go to Tony and Guy in Horsham, Emma, Scott and Nikki make it wonderful, they all work so hard and are really appreciate by all their clients.

I’ve been having my hair done by the same stylist for a number of years. She’s an excellent hairdresser and it’s a welcoming salon. Faultless.

Today Macy checked me in and Charlotte cut my hair. Now while watching football and trying unsuccessfully to get one of my teenage boys to massage my feet - and I am still smiling. And so did my wife Christina when she saw my new hair and hey - that’s not a bad thing!

Thought I’d get a good haircut seeing as it had been left for too long (Covid!)

Mask donned.....Got there on time, shown to my seat but had to wait 20 mins (a coffee would have been nice but I don’t think drinks are allowed to be served at present). Nicky the stylist came over, I showed her a photo of the cut I wanted, hair washed & it all began. NOT disappointed. Nicky did a great job, such a lovely person too. Extremely happy with the cut, in fact, one of the other stylists came over to compliment.

The salon was very busy but the girls couldn’t have been nicer.

I had a very nice experience at Toni & Guy. My stylist was Danni, she was lovely and did a great style for me , however, I have very thick hair and could’ve done with more weight taken out.
With the 2nd lockdown and salon closure I couldn’t go back to have more taken out.

Really pleased with both Emma for cut and Claire for highlight. Salon always very clean and staff delightful.

Lucy cut and blow dried my hair for the first time . She was very friendly and I am very pleased with what she did . Because, in effect, I only have my hairstyle ‘tidied up’ I do think the cost for doing this is rather extortionate. I’m assuming it would be the same price for a restyle

I love going to T&G cos I always come out feeling pampered and gorgeous. My hair dresser has a knack for drying my hair that none of my previous hairdressers have ever managed to achieve, so always come out feeling like a film star

The team in Horsham always deliver a great service from start to finish. Friendly but not obtrusive staff, full Covid safety measures in place and overall a lovely place to get your hair done.
