My first visit to Lustig & Webb since lockdown, I was made to feel very welcome, comfortable and safe. The guys have done a fantastic job with the salon, which still looks great whilst conforming to all the safety guidelines.
And the hair? Daniel did a fantastic job as usual, thank you Daniel.

Hadn’t had my hair cut in 9 months after moving and missing my old hairdresser who I’d had for 6 years. Stephen did such a brilliant job, really thorough cut, lush salon, beautiful products and friendly staff. I’ll be going back for sure. So many people have commented on my hair since!

Was SO great to be back at L&W getting my hair sorted. When Daniel trimmed my fringe, I thought I was going to cry! Despite the new hygiene measures, everyone was pleasant and friendly and the haircut was brilliant.

It was lovely to be able to return to the salon. Everything was as it should be an attention to cleanliness within a calm relaxed, atmosphere. Thank you Daniel and Stephen for the fabulous colour and cut. Your attention to detail has not been diminished by COVID-19! I left the salon feeling rejuvenated, looking and feeling 10 years younger!

I love going to the salon and having a great haircut- they are sooooo lovely.

This was my sixth visit to L&W. I have had my hair cut by Daniel twice but today was my first colour by him. 5 hours in the chair and I was catered for the whole time and made to feel very comfortable. Going to the hairdressers has always been a massive source of anxiety for me and the thought of making small talk makes it much worse but Daniel and his team always create a lovely atmosphere that makes me feel very at ease. You can natter away to your hearts content or sit quietly like me and just enjoy the experience. Thank you Daniel, I feel a million bucks.

I haven’t had my hair cut for a while and fancied a change of salons. So happy I did and I would never go elsewhere from now on!

I visited the salon this week in the hope that Daniel would understand what I was trying to achieve with my hair. Within minutes of discussing my hair he made me feel confident that he was going to make my hair better. By doing actually not a huge overhaul I now have the hair I’ve always wanted, the colour now blends beautifully and the condition just after one appointment is the best it’s been in over a year. Appointments booked until the summer, highly recommend.

Stephen, beautifully transformed my daughters long hair to have stylish undercut, choppy layers and silky smooth.

Daniel did my hair for the first time yesterday. Firstly he did an amazing job on my hair- l loved it. I found Daniel to be very professional but also at the same a great conversationalist with a good sense of humour.

I went in for a transformative haircut — a ‘shed the load and sheer down to the silver’ — and I could not be more delighted with the outcome. Somehow Stephen managed to make me look more sprightly and sophisticated smack dab in the middle of my life. Now who doesn’t want some of that? To boot, delightful company in a be-as-you-are context. I have been using MJ for many years at another salon and am so glad to have found her again at Lustig & Webb. She did a complete re-style from long to fairly short in my tired, bleached and very thick hair. I am so happy with both the vastly experienced MJ and the lovely personal atmosphere at Lustig & Webb.

MJ was pleasant and gave me a good haircut. However, even with 20%discount voucher, my bill was more expensive than salon across the road. Therefore I’m going to resort back there for next cut. Thought more attention to all staff outfits would justify higher price? Rather scruffy.

MJ did an amazing job with my tired boring hair - she really listened to what I was hoping to achieve and delivered exactly that. One very happy customer and so glad I’ve found a hair stylist that knows her stuff!
