First time here, was made to feel very welcome, AMAZING home made brownie, great consultation on what might work / suit me, thrilled with the result

My daughter always loves coming to Lustig & Webb and walks out so happy! Daniel always very sweet with her and creates the best bob! Love what they’ve done with the new decor looks fab!

My first visit to the salon and Stephen did a fabulous job giving me a haircut that was exactly what I wanted and left me feeling great! He took time to listen, spent time on a great cut and definitely made me feel comfortable and wanting to return ?

Daniel is brilliant, always friendly and knows what will suit me. He has been cutting my hair for years now and I dont trust anyone else! The salon is lovely and welcoming
and everyone leaves smiling with fabulous hair. Can't recommend them enough!

Super cut - J has cut my second Granddaughters (age 3) hair from long to short for The Princess Trust and it was a beautiful cut so we booked my first Granddaughter Evie (age6) for a cut also...completely different hair but a great cut. J is a brilliant cutter and great with children. Will definitely keep going to her.

I’ve been having my hair cut at Lustig and Webb for a few years now and cannot fault the service. It’s the best colour and cut I’ve ever had. I just took my little 18 month old and he’s had his first proper cut. He was very happy and content and Daniel cut it so well. We are very pleased. Cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

Daniel has cut my hair for the past 5 years and what I love is that he gives his advice and opinions. I once asked for it to be cut short to simply because i didnt want to be bothered by hair washing and drying after a big operation and he said it would be much easier to deal with if I leave it long and tie it up messily. He was so right! Also he has a great eye for detail, and I always feel like he spends a good amount of time with me, never been rushed. Plus he's a jolly nice man.

I was recommended to Jackie and was fortunate to win a raffle to gave my hair cut. My husband complemented me which is quite unusual after I have my hair cut as he hates it short!!

Amy gave me the best cut I’ve had in years.. no fuss very friendly and listened to what I wanted unlike other hairdressers who have given me what they thought I should have. Highly recommended.

Always delighted with my colour and cut from Amy! She can get my hair straighter with her blow drying technique that I can with my straighteners! All the staff are great! Nothing too much trouble.

I was very excited to come to have my hair done at your salon, I work very hard and although it was over my normal budget I thought I would treat myself!!
Firstly I walked in and was not very warmly greeted asked to take a seat and felt very awkward and unwelcome, I was informed that ***** was running late by 15 minutes, I was early and I understand appointments run over so was happy to go for a wonder and return when ***** was free.
***** was very welcoming and professional on my return.
There was a very short consultation regarding the colour of my highlights and on the bleach went!
It was not until I got home and in natural light that I realised my hair was at least 3 different colours and the cut was uneven.
I thought about returning but was put off due to the initial frosty welcome I received and the concern for it potentially “going wrong” for a second time.
All in all I am not happy with my hair, I’ve had to book in with my hairdresser for a trim to even out the cut and am booked in for a toner to correct the colour.
Im sure this will not make the review page but wanted to give you feedback about my experience.
I understand you are busy (***** whilst I was in the salon had 3 clients).
