I’ve been having my hair cut at Lustig and Webb for a few years now and cannot fault the service. It’s the best colour and cut I’ve ever had. I just took my little 18 month old and he’s had his first proper cut. He was very happy and content and Daniel cut it so well. We are very pleased. Cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

Daniel has cut my hair for the past 5 years and what I love is that he gives his advice and opinions. I once asked for it to be cut short to simply because i didnt want to be bothered by hair washing and drying after a big operation and he said it would be much easier to deal with if I leave it long and tie it up messily. He was so right! Also he has a great eye for detail, and I always feel like he spends a good amount of time with me, never been rushed. Plus he's a jolly nice man.

I was recommended to Jackie and was fortunate to win a raffle to gave my hair cut. My husband complemented me which is quite unusual after I have my hair cut as he hates it short!!

I was very excited to come to have my hair done at your salon, I work very hard and although it was over my normal budget I thought I would treat myself!!
Firstly I walked in and was not very warmly greeted asked to take a seat and felt very awkward and unwelcome, I was informed that ***** was running late by 15 minutes, I was early and I understand appointments run over so was happy to go for a wonder and return when ***** was free.
***** was very welcoming and professional on my return.
There was a very short consultation regarding the colour of my highlights and on the bleach went!
It was not until I got home and in natural light that I realised my hair was at least 3 different colours and the cut was uneven.
I thought about returning but was put off due to the initial frosty welcome I received and the concern for it potentially “going wrong” for a second time.
All in all I am not happy with my hair, I’ve had to book in with my hairdresser for a trim to even out the cut and am booked in for a toner to correct the colour.
Im sure this will not make the review page but wanted to give you feedback about my experience.
I understand you are busy (***** whilst I was in the salon had 3 clients).
