Made appointment for my wife. All staff I spoke with on the phone were friendly & polite. Communication thereafter was very good via text. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her booking. We got to chat with Stephen & Dan & they were lovely & very welcoming. We got a hug & a photo with the boys to mark the occasion! Despite living 2 hours away from the salon, my wife is looking to book her next cut in a few weeks time. Being animal lovers, it was also lovely to meet their dogs! We look forward to going back

Johnny had his work cut out for him, my hair was in desperate need of intense care and that’s exactly what he provided. He was so thorough and professional. He has completely transformed my colour. I am so happy with the result.

Had my first trim today with Johnnie - very happy

Johnny was fantastic from start to finish. I was a particularly nervous Client due to previous bad experiences with other salons. Johnny talked me through the whole thing, was so kind, caring and professional. Im over the moon with my hair, it’s never looked so beautiful.
