Feeling rather fragile after a series of life events including arthritis flare up just prior to surgery - ( full hip replacement) - Rebecca went out of her way to make me comfortable and was sensitive to my current needs. Of course as usual an excellent service from a total professional.

They all look after all customers i even got offered 4 times by 4 different people if I wanted a drink. There were only 4 members there. To me that’s making sure customers are looked after.

Excellent experience, Charlotte is very caring and knowledgeable, she gave me good advice regarding scalp care which I will follow.
