Golbylocks

Today I visited Charlotte at Golbylocks for the first time. For someone who has had a phobia to visiting hairdressers for a long time, I was a little tentative to say the least. Charlotte made me welcome and put me at ease, thank you, from one happy customer.

So friendly and attentive

As ever Charlotte was polite and offered me a drink as I was a little early. She was dealing with a client, but the previous one kept wanting to show her photos and her new handbag. The previous client was elderly and Charlotte showed great compassion and didn’t hurray her away, meanwhile she continued to interact with the client she was dealing with.
When she was attending to me she chatted and discussed my hair and asked after my health.
Always polite and her styling is excellent. Infact my daughter comments on how since in have been going to Charlotte my hair looks better than it has for years!
I will recommend Charlotte to anyone who enquires.
As well she has been very accommodating to me as I had to change an appointment quickly and she managed to fit me in.
