My third appointment with Chris and he is creating the style I have been dreaming of that suits my hair at this stage of my life and which redefines my face and overall look. Thank you for your skill, kindness and friendship Chris

I’ve been coming for years but I do find these texts annoying.
Is there any way you can tell your system not to send?
Getting the appointment text confirmation is a good idea, but getting these after every appointment is very tedious.
Music iwas a bit loud.

The thing that stands out in this salon is EVERYBODY is so very genuinely nice, helpful and professional.
. My stylist listens to what I say and does his very best to achieve my requests and make sure I am comfortable offering tea coffee etc. . This makes for a relaxed positive experience.

I am so pleased with my new hair cut and colour and to my next appointment just on time for Christmas 🎄

Lauren is clever and imaginative. She takes great care and interest in the style I would like to try, makes helpful suggestions and then surpasses my expectations in creating it.
The whole experience is a pleasure, from the lovely head massage during washing to the fun chats and warm welcome from everyone in the Salon.
Highly recommend Lauren and Coco’s.

I have been going to Coco's for about 3 years I love having my hair cut, and coloured, there. Laura is highly skilled, friendly and always makes sure that I am happy with the style and colours. Everyone that works there are lovely, they are also exceptionally kind with the work they do with the Coco foundation. Lovely atmosphere, skilled and lovely staff, I would highly recommend going there.

So delighted with my new short haircut. Took a lot of courage for me to have my locks cut off. Lauren worked hard to accommodate my wishes. Hubby loved it too. Thank you Lauren.

Blown away by the advice and my new short haircut and hilights. Was a little nervous having such a short haircut but Lauren advised she could cut my hair in gradual steps which was helpful.

Lauren did a fabulous wash and blow dry today. My hair looks amazing.

Chris coloured my hair and I was very pleased with the result. Chris is always polite and has time for his clients.

First change of salon/stylist in over four years. Such a wonderful welcome and a beautiful salon. Chris discussed what I was hoping to achieve and his process was amazing!! Friendly and informative and his attention to detail and your hospitality was worth five times what I paid. My second appointment is pre booked and Chris has advised that of need any tweaks then to let him know. Today was the experience I have been lacking and the result was absolutely incredibly.

It’s always lovely to see Lauren, Brooke is autistic and over the years it has been hard for Brooke to want to go in a salon.
But with Lauren’s relaxed approach, it’s a different story now.Brooke who would never have a hair washed in a salon…. Now since Lauren has been doing it said she loves having her hair washed. Also the cut is always good, & Brooke loves Lauren to do plaits. Brooke & her nana would highly recommend Lauren 😃
