Fantastic experience at Lustig & Webb Storrington today. I always love going there and look forward to getting my hair cut by Helen. She's gives excellent advice and is an expert with my extremely thick hair. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Lovely clean welcoming salon. I was greeted at the door by Emma who spent time discussing what I wanted. I really like the way she has styled my hair. Also a delicious coffee with biscuits.

I showed her two pictures of what I wanted. And made it very clear about the look I was after. We discussed having a blunt cut with no layers and that I wanted a bouncy bob with full centre bangs. Stylisy did explain that I may need a few tape extensions but did not tell me the look I wanted was unachievable. I have my Christmas work party this evening and I am wearing an Alice band as well I don’t have full centre bangs , I’m not sure what I have but I left the salon with my hair pushed back off of my face with a head full of bridesmaids curls that would drop out!! The shape is absolutely nothing like I wanted and having a cry before a night out isn’t the one! Really really disappointed and won’t be going back
