I showed her two pictures of what I wanted. And made it very clear about the look I was after. We discussed having a blunt cut with no layers and that I wanted a bouncy bob with full centre bangs. Stylisy did explain that I may need a few tape extensions but did not tell me the look I wanted was unachievable. I have my Christmas work party this evening and I am wearing an Alice band as well I don’t have full centre bangs , I’m not sure what I have but I left the salon with my hair pushed back off of my face with a head full of bridesmaids curls that would drop out!! The shape is absolutely nothing like I wanted and having a cry before a night out isn’t the one! Really really disappointed and won’t be going back

I’ve been a customer of Lustig and Webb for around 7 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff make you feel really relaxed and take time to make sure you get the cut you really want. Helen was really professional and an excellent hairdresser.

I moved from Essex/London where my hairdresser was amazing (a fortune but amazing) and I was dreading having to travel 100 miles back for a hair cut.. thankfully I found Helen! She really listened and did a perfect cut.
