Brilliant service even helped me when I stood in the rain for 2 seconds and got dots all over me. Would definitely go again!!

Friendly staff and very relaxing. I had a 40 min back kneck and shoulder massage along with a facial massage and ear candles. I also experienced a luxury facial.

Amazing all round, one of the loveliest girls ever, we spent the whole time chatting about our kids and it made the time fly and the pain bearable lol! Ended up with amazing looking brows! Thank you! ❤️

First time visiting vanilla pod, after hearing from so many people how good they all are,Emma was lovely and really made me feel comfortable the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The salon was lovely and clean too I can’t wait to come back.

I completed the Sunday school Brow lamination course today and it was brilliant. Emma is a great teacher, very experienced, knowledgeable and reassuring- now I can confidently say that I have walked away doing the course and ready to start laminating brows with confidence. The kit along with the training manual is brilliant - really good value for money, thank you

Had my brows done by Chloe R again, and every time I love them!! Makes me feel comfortable and never fails to ensure I’m happy with them.

Always a lovely appointment

Have always looked to have nice, big dark eyebrows.
Having had them microbladed for years I saw an opportunity to be a model for brow lamination.
Throughout the treatment the lady was really professional even though I kept moving and talking. The glue and tint was difficult on my skin but the lady was not fazed.
I absolutely love my brows, I really enjoyed having them done!
I would definitely recommend this treatment

Lovely place, made to feel very welcome and instantly felt at ease with the girls there. Treatment was explained to me clearly and felt completely comfortable with the lovely lady called Lauren! Would definitely recommend!

I have tried so many places to get my nails done and honestly they haven’t been great. This place on the other hand was amazing the service as soon as you walk in is lovely and couldn’t fault my nails. Just had a gel manicure but Lauren who did them was really lovely. Definitely will become my favourite place!

I've been a regular for a while now and everyone is wonderful! Saw Emily for some tweaks again yesterday though and it just gets better and better. I love this place, I'm usually in work clothes when I go in which could be embarrassing (I work outside and look a wreck) but the friendliness and professionalism means it doesnt matter which is great for me! Emily though, I dont know how she does it, she knows my face better than me, and shes lovely! I now look refreshed and consequently feel refreshed and I look exactly like me, even with fillers and botox! Subtle yet amazing!!

Chloe B is always fantastic. She does treatments for my mum and sister. I always recommend Chloe B at Vanilla Pod. She is friendly, helpful and has a great knowledge of all the treatments available.

I came for a lash lift and tint yesterday done by Chloe R. As always she was friendly and professional. There is always a lovely atmosphere in the salon and it’s always clean. I unfortunately reacted to the LVL after a few hours of having it down. (I have had the patch test done) I think my skin has just decided it now longer likes it! So I had to ring today to cancel an LVL appointment I made in December and change it to something else. The lady on the end of the phone was so, so lovely! I’m sorry I’m not sure of your name. She was genuinely concerned and offered professional advice on what to do if I got worse etc. This is what makes a salon exceed in my eyes. They’re not just there to take your money they genuinely care about your wellbeing and aftercare. So thank you ladies at Vanilla Pod!

I had my nails done today by Ashley, removal and gel polish.
Ashley makes me feel comfortable and takes me out my comfort zone! Today I had yellow nails with marble effect!!!! Never gone for yellow and it looks fabulous.
Wouldn't go anywhere else! I have done before but my nails didn't last as long which was very disappointing as it's the one thing I look forward to getting done.

I was greeted in a very friendly manner and offered coffee. Chloe took me for my patch test and put me at ease by explaining the procedure i would be having. All my questions were answered readily. I felt very happy for her to carry out my treatment which has been booked for 2 weeks time. I cannot comment on result as yet, but i feel confident that chloe will achieve the effect i am after. I am.having my microbladed brows lasered off so i can have them done in a professional salon, which i shall more than likely have done at Vanilla Pod.
