I go to Victoria for waxing! She is professional, efficient and gives an excellent wax!

This was my first visit to Mirrir Mirror. I was impressed that i could get an appointment at short notice for eyebrow shape and tint. My experience was very friendly and professional and reasonably priced.

The girls at Mirror Mirror are always pleasant and give a professional service and never intrusive. Janine gave me my treatment on Thursday 05/01/17 abs she was lovely and in fact removed removed the remaining shalkak Polish on s couple of toes without charge. Staff always make you feel comfortable and relaxed

I absolutely love this spa. The staff are informative, friendly and very good at what they do. On a number of occasions I have fallen asleep during treatments, they are so relaxing. I don't think I can complain about any of the treatments I have had here. I have used a number of the larger spas in Yorkshire and have found that mirror mirror in bingley is a lot better. This might be a slightly smaller spa but the quality of treatments is far better and not as expensive. This spa uses some of the best products out there (Espa) and I normally see immediate results. The owner of this spa is lovely and it's clear to see she is very passionate about what she does. I highly recommend this spa, you won't be disappointed.

I had a lovely glitter manicure by Victoria. Lovely pampering time finishing with a hand cream massage.
Also had a little mulled wine whilst waiting for appointment. Fantastic xmas treat and service.

I had an express pedicure and French manicure on short nails! Lily did so well, she suggested adding a bit of sparkle, they look so nice. I then had eyebrow and eyelash tint also! Lovely experience! Lily is very natural with clients and a delight to spend time with!

Katie was lovely as usual and I came away feeling totally relaxed. It is my one chance every 5 weeks to be pampered and I love coming here where I am always warmly welcomed. Nothing is ever too much trouble! Long may it continue to be my haven of tranquility!!

This was my first ever pedicure, but I have visited Mirror Mirror on several occasions before for Minx nails and spraytans. I have always found that the staff are very warm,friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and use in the salon but they don't try to push you into buying anything. My pedicure with Lily was first class,- silly me forgot to take open shoes so I had to wait a while til the polish had properly dried..I was not rushed away and was offered a second coffee. Mirror Mirror is very clean, tastefully decorated and has soothing music playing quietly in the background. I would recommend Mirror Mirror without hesitation, to ANYONE.

I have been a Mirror Mirror customer for many years. Suzanne and all the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The salon has a lovely calm atmosphere and I am always made to feel welcome. It goes without saying that the treatments (and I've had lots over the years!) are always carried out to a very high standard. If you are looking for a reliable beauty salon in Bingley then this is The One!

There is always a warm and friendly welcome as soon as you go through the door. The atmosphere is relaxing - you are offered a drink when you go in, and the reception and seating area attractively decorated with soft lighting. It is an ideal place to come for a relaxing treatment.
The staff provide an enjoyable and professional service and are always pleasant to deal with.

I have been coming to mirror mirror since I was 16, im now 25! So nearly 10 years. Every one of the staff are lovely, welcoming, patient, professional at all times. Im really proud to have mirror as my local salon. Have just been today to have a massage. Perfection ! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very clean , have never had a bad experience here even when busy. I always get an appointment no problem

I rang at 4pm ish and Janine squeezed me in at 5pm. So that was excellent. Mirror mirror has done that before and staff are always very flexible and helpful.
Janine is great at electrolysis and I know she is very professional and knows exactly what she's doing. I trust her. I've had a lot of electrolysis over the years and Janine is one of the best.

This salon is lovely and our therapist was great. The disappointment was that I had booked Delux manicures and even checked on the phone that this included hand massages etc as it was for my neices birthday but we only received express manicures which basically is a file and polish. By the time I realised what she was doing it was too late to say anything. The therapist was lovely and did a great job just not what I'd booked

Always have Victoria do any of my treatments. Clean and thorough I never leave disappointed. Salon is clean and tidy and modern. Staff are polite and chatty! They always try and accommodate last minute appointments! Prices are reasonable and value for money.

I find lily warm and welcoming, at ease with her customers. For a girl of 17 years she came across as professional and also looks the part.
