Now back with Jo although it’s a 60 mild round trip.

I was welcomed on arrival and I was offered a drink, which I accepted and it was very nice.
The stylist was very knowledgable and explained things to me, she asked my opinion too. She was extremely helpful and she gave a very relaxing hair wash.

Phoebe is very diplomatic and advises me of what’s achievable colour wise, from the start. I always feel that I’ve got what I’ve asked for and refreshed !
